La personne qui signe le contrat doit être âgée de 25 ans ou plus et rester à la maison pendant la durée du contrat.

Cette maison de 5 chambres avec table de billard, piscine privée et un bain à remous est disponible. La maison est proche de l'océan et située sur un lac avec vue sur le lac. Il est joliment décoré, peut accueillir 14 personnes, les animaux domestiques, et est prêt pour votre plage-end.

Profitez du lac adjacent à la maison ou à 8 minutes à pied de la dune de l'océan. Il y a deux épiceries à proximité dans un mile de la maison et des tonnes ou à proximité des commerces.

Our family looks forward to our stay at this house every summer! It's the perfect location for getting to the beach easily while still having some privacy. The pool is also a huge plus! Looking forward to next year!

We had a nice time at this property. The lake was beautiful and great to walk your dogs around. The house was beautiful and spacious. My teenage daughter loved the bottom floor with the queen room and game room next to it , plus a mini fridge, like her own private apartment. I also enjoyed the pool , so nice to have, after a day at the beach or just for a day of relaxing around the beach house. And I can’t say enough about the owners, their attentiveness and kindness throughout our stay was amazing! I would definitely recommend staying here. You won’t regret it!

We enjoyed iur stay. The lagoon was great for paddleboarding and feeding the turtles. The home was nice, but the decks need some tlc ,as well as the homes flooring. Outside pool and hottub were great. needsome

Family vacation

Great two weeks of fun, family and sun! The house was a great set up for all of us. The on line photos don’t do it justice. Very nice. The owners were “on the spot “ with any issues. Would definitely recommend!

Pleasant family reunion

The pool and hot tub were lovely after a long day out. We were comfortable here and loved the location. The only thing that was disappointing about the location was the limits the county puts on beach passes, so we had to drive down to the inlet for driving our crew out on the beach. Overall this was a great home, fun was had by all on our family!

I like that it was better than what the pictures show. It’s a nice house and I think I was very clean. Had a great time. The location I think was really nice. Had no idea Corolla beaches were that beautiful.

Great stay

We all had a good time. House was big enough so we didn’t feel cramped at all. Pool and hot tub were nice. Location was pretty close to a lot of things. Owner was very responsive to anything and that was much appreciated. Home was clean, beds were comfortable. Having the pack n play was very convenient for my toddler. Recommend this home for anyone’s stay in Corolla.

Nice House! Better than the Pictures.

The house was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Table was large enough for 10 people. Plenty of hot water. A/C worked well. Pool & hot tub were great. We spent a lot of time in them. Kitchen is a little small, but well outfitted. It will take you more than 10 minutes to walk to the beach, but the beach was worth the walk. We would definitely look to stay here again if we come back to Corolla.

Great weeek of relaxation

We had the best time in OBX. The house did not disappoint. My dog was able to come with us & the location is excellent. We were able to walk a short distance to one part of the beach or we could drive s short distance w/ free parking @ Bonito. Less than a 5 minute drive. The home doesn’t have a pet odor. Eveyrbtung is kept So very nice. Private pool and hot tub. Do not hesitate to stay at this location. :)

Perfect Getaway

The house was everything we expected and more. We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, they were both extremely clean upon arrival. We used them every single day! The pool table was a great bonus for the late evenings and the large dining table was perfect for game nights. The property owner was very responsive in all communications. We can’t wait to be back next year!

Very nice

Very nice home. Loved walking around the lake to get to the beach, beautiful walk. We really enjoyed our time here. Washing machine was not cleaned properly. Water was left in the coffee pot that was under the counter. The towels and wash cloths were not left by the cleaning company.

Family beach vacation

The house is very nice. The walk to the beach is more than 8 minutes but we loaded everything we needed on the bed of the truck and one of us drove the others to the beach, took truck back to the house and came back for us later. The beds are great, furniture is pretty and as expected has a little wear. The owner will answer emails and when we had a problem he took care of it quickly. Definitely worth trying.

Cleanliness of property.

There was sand in the pool when we arrived and sand around the cement area. The outside shower was just a tiny spray. No full force to get yourself clean. The outside hose was small in length and hard to maneuver. The sofas could have used a cleaning, along with the scatter rugs. We had a great stay and made it work for us!

LOVED our stay!!!

I wasn't expecting the location to be as great as it was. We had dogs and there was a lake very close with a VERY nice walking path around it. I LOVED walking & running the dogs around (that turned out to be one of my favorite parts). AND visiting the (over 80 counted) turtles. The walk to the beach was not far. We had bikes & a truck. We loaded everything in the truck and dropped all off, & one would take the truck back & then bike or walk back to the beach. And we loved riding the bikes on the paths, to the stores, & to the beach. I love what my 9 year old granddaughter said when she first walked into the house... "This place is AWESOME". There were minor things that need fixing but I still think I'd agree with my granddaughter. We REALLY had a nice time!!!

Massive Cleaning Needed

First the location is great, the house was however disgusting. The home itself can be a nice house, however it was just filthy! Visible cobwebs and dust and when I reached to pull out the understove drawer, I pulled back a hand of slimy sticky goo. I wiped what appeared to be grits or some kind of crumbs from all over the stove when I first walked in. Nasty stains on the carpet and dog hair all over the floor and furniture. Even the pool table could use a good cleaning. Such a waste if they would just invest some time and money into a good cleaning and updating the place it would be a great property

DISAPPOINTED! live rat in the outdoor grill....not satisfied with owners response

RENTER BEWARE.....this home is a huge disappointment on many levels but first and foremost is the live rat found in the outdoor grill. I opened the grill to get ready to cook and something was slithering inside....slammed the lid shut not knowing what it was. I grabbed a broom sitting nearby and used the handle to open the grill and out jumped the rat and ran off into the woods. After contacting the owner and recommending a partial refund for finding such a nasty thing; he did nothing but send a man over to heat the grill...presumably to 'clean' it. Needless to say, we did not use that grill but bought our own charcoal grill for the time stayed here. The house is not clean. There was mildew in the shower on the shower curtains, the spa tub had mildew around jets, the carpets were a mess, furniture worn, flies everywhere, just dirty and unkempt. The owner did offer to have a cleaning person attend to the needs, but the house needed more than that. The location of the home isn't the best; it is quite a walk to the beach. so if you rent, keep that in mind. It was a lousy visit-mainly due to this untidy home. We stay at a lot of rental homes for vacation, and this one is a HUGE disappointment. Unsatisfied with how the owner handled the rat 'issue'. Rat burgers, anyone?

Cool and Windy beach week

We made the best of this very cool and breezy week. We had only one beach day, which was bummer. We Enjoyed the walk around the pond each morning and evening. The house was too far away for my mom to walk, but we made it work for her. We also gave her the top floor bedroom so she did not have to travel all the stairs. Bedrooms are on all floors so you can be spread out. Since we had our dog with us we did take sheets to cover the furniture, however the furniture needed a GOOD cleaning along with the carpeting on the stairs. It was nice to have laminate flooring in other areas for easy sweeping. The door going out to the deck is very heavy and did not pull easily. The exhaust fan in the downstairs (lowest bedroom) did not work. The lamp also needs some fixing. The Bulb socket is very loose. We also left the house cleaner than when we got there; A lot of the dishes and silverware was put back dirty. We pre-washed all item before use. I brought my own Keurig coffee pot. (Again the last person who used the appliances was left dirty). One side of the toaster is broken as well. We also swept the pool area and back stoop and moving broken chairs out of the pool area and putting them in the lattice storage area. I didn’t think it was my place to put them by the curb for trash pick up. I think the owners just needs to do a walk through and really be mindful of what needs to be cleaned / upgraded in the house, or take notes in comments to make the renters stay more enjoyable.

The furniture is old and not the cleanest, the carpet is not clean, needs a good dusting and the trees around the pool don’t let any sun in whatsoever

Hard to find proper cleaners for properties

Overall we had a nice and relaxing time. Doug was awesome at responding to us and is very nice! To be honest we did have to come in and do a lot our own cleaning, which isn't necessarily his fault, I'm sure it's very difficult to find someone to clean your home the way you would but that's an area that needed a lot of attention. There were some things that needed to be fixed and Doug got to his Handyman, Steve, and he was very nice and quick at fixing the blinds and an outlet. Some things to add for your stay would be that the queen mattresses are deep queens so pocket sheets are needed for a proper fit, bring some cutting boards, and sharp knives but that's not uncommon for a beach rental. The walk to the beach isn't long but it did keep us from walks up at night. The pool was a huge hit for our kiddo, and was definitely a welcome when we didn't feel like having a beach day!!!The turtles at the lake were also so fun to feed so get some veggies and fruit and go see for yourself! It's pretty centrally located so you won't have to go far for shopping. The outside could use a good pressure cleaning but I'd say if you don't mind these minor things this was a fine, pet and kid friendly property!
