Bienvenue Ă  Totally Beachin Corolla, un parfait chez-soi loin de chez soi dans les Outer Banks!

Venez Ă  "Totalement Beachin" pour des vacances reposantes. Venez voir les chevaux sauvages, le phare, la tĂȘte Whale Club, Shopping, restaurants, bars, plages superbes, et bien plus encore. Vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour se dĂ©tendre et profiter de vos vacances.
Dans le cadre des Villages Ă  la communautĂ© Ocean Hill, votre sĂ©jour comprend Ă©galement un accĂšs privĂ© Ă  la plage, deux piscines, un snack-bar, un centre de remise en forme (avec petit supplĂ©ment), tennis, volley-ball, des courts de basket-ball, un terrain de jeu, et un peu lac de pĂȘche communautaire.
Il est Ă  seulement 2 minutes en voiture de l'accĂšs 4X4 Plage Carova Beach, oĂč le sanctuaire de cheval sauvage est. Le quartier a des sentiers naturels magnifiques qui vous mĂšneront au son. Chemins merveilleux qui sont assez larges pour les randonneurs et le vĂ©lo.

Notre maison est à 3 étages avec au dernier étage est un plan d'étage ouvert agréable, de hauts plafonds avec beaucoup d'espace. Il dispose de plusieurs ponts pour profiter, un bain à remous et douche extérieure. Vous pouvez également profiter d'un gril à charbon et de pique-nique table en plein air. Le salon est équipé d'une télévision à écran plat, lecteur DVD / magnétoscope, chaßne stéréo, et beaucoup de jeux et de puzzles. Et bien sûr, il est Wi-Fi gratuit.

Le deuxiÚme étage dispose de trois chambres étant un maßtre trÚs spacieuse avec un lit king size, une belle salle de taille et d'une terrasse. Les deux autres chambres sont spacieuses ainsi. Un ayant un lit king size et l'autre une reine qui a sa propre terrasse avec une balançoire hamac pour se reposer et se détendre. Ils partagent une salle de bain complÚte. Le linge est également à cet étage. En bas a deux chambres à coucher. Une avec lits superposés et le fond étant un grand lit. L'autre chambre a deux lits jumeaux. La salle de jeux avec un baby-foot est ici-bas et un salle de bain complÚte ainsi. La maison est livré avec tous les draps.

Family Vacation: Great Location!

Spent a week at this property. Check in was a breeze and although we had an issue with the refrigerator, the property manager replaced it and provided an ice service with coolers for the remainder of the week. The amenities of two pools, proximity to beach and special well stocked house were great. Looked to book again next year but unfortunately the week is already booked. Would certainly recommend staying here!

Great week at Totally Beachin

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, location was perfect as we were driving to the 4x4 beach most of the week, it’s right around the corner. The kids loved having a neighborhood playground to pass some time, and the pool was easy to get to and nice change of pace for a couple of days. We brought down more than one vehicle with our group, but you’re only allowed one parking pass for the community parking lots. Not a huge deal, but just a heads up if you’re coming with a larger group. Overall, we had a lovely stay!

Great house!

We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is great. The horse beach is close. A nice little boardwalk and hiking trail nearby. We enjoyed using the pool and the nearby beach. We liked using the hot tub at the house and having plenty of bathrooms for our group. We loved the many decks. The sleeping arrangements were a little bit tight for the size of our group (13), but we made it work. We loved the house decor. Overall, it was a great, relaxing stay!

Great Value - convenient location

We have stayed in this community a few times and enjoy the location and amenities. The beachside pool with bathrooms and shade is fantastic, plus you can park at that location to avoid the long haul with all the beach gear. You would be hard pressed to find a better value in this neighborhood than this house. Every beach house we have stayed in needs attention of some kind (the salt air is unforgiving on the house exteriors and decks)! Yes, this house could use some updates and general repairs, but the value is phenomenal. House layout and furnishings were good. A 2nd fridge would be a great add for the basement. This house does not have a pool, but there are 2 pools in the community to access. It was not a super far walk to the beach (fine for our group with the youngest children being 8yo). If you had toddlers/babies then it may have been a farther trek than you would want BUT that is why the beachside parking/pool is fine to drive and just walk onto the beach from there. Comfortable beds, working AC, functional kitchen and a fantastic neighborhood - what more can you ask for! The water pressure for showers was amazing FYI. I would stay again!

Awesome host and location!

Cathy is an extraordinary host and very easy to communicate with! The home was very clean and well stocked. The hot tub was also very clean and we loved getting into it after we were in the ocean. The outdoor shower actually has hot water! It was great to get that sand off. It is also in an amazing location – just minutes from the beach and either one of the pools. We had a wonderful time! Great spot for our family!

We had a wonderful week with 8 people at this house. Plenty of space - the living area is much bigger than the pictures show. Large table for 8 for meals, plus kitchen bar. The kitchen is awesome - very well stocked with everything you could need for the week. We grilled several times and the grill was clean and well maintained. We loved all the decks around the house and used them all. Access to two pools is nice - short walk to both. We had grandparents with us that sometimes found the walk long but easy for us and our kids. Beach access is great but we needed to drive with all of our chairs. Parking pass provided and always open spots so it was easy. We walked to the beach several times without all of our beach stuff and that was easy. The house was very clean and well maintained. The hot tub was a bonus for us and we all enjoyed it. The host contacted us via text with a minor AC issue and was very nice and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

Our stay at this beach house in OBX was absolutely perfect! With 13 of us—6 adults and 7 kids—the spacious layout provided everyone with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and just a short walk to the beach, making it ideal for our family getaway. The owner was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, ensuring our experience was nothing short of spectacular. We can't wait to return!

First family vacation

We had a wonderful time. The house was great and we settled into our week easily. My daughter just recently turned 1 so this was our first family vacation. It was an excellent quiet neighborhood for us to relax. She enjoyed the pool and her first time at the beach so much. We did get to experience the wild horses one of the days because the location was so good. A favorite memory of ours. We will definitely be routine beach goers!

Corolla is Totally Beachin’

An ideal location to everything
 beaches, restaurants, shopping and sight-seeing. We enjoyed our stay in Corolla and excursions to Carova Beach and southward to Nags Head. This home is older, is clean and spacious. Just a 2 minute drive to a private beach with parking. We didn’t miss a step with tropical storm Ophelia bringing heavy rain and high wind gusts on Friday afternoon/evening. Fun beach house in great location

This home is welcoming and capable of accommodating larger groups. Owner is easy to communicate with. Kitchen well stocked and most furniture comfortable. Five minute walk to beach. Our group thought the basement could use a larger dehumidifier (just because we had to empty it often) and that the shower heads could be updated - although they are perfectly functional. Thanks for a nice stay.

Beach House

The property was comfortable; the location was very nice. There are some items that could be improved upon. I would provide more than one dish towel and more wash cloths would be nice. The powder room sink faucet is dripping if you don’t get it turned off just right. These are minor things and this is not meant to be a complaint. All in all it is a nice property and my family and I enjoyed our week there.

Great house!

We had a great time here! Plenty of room for my parents, me, my husband, and our kids ages 22, 22, 18, 16, 13, and 9. The location was much better than I expected. The beach is a 5 min walk and only crosses 1 semi busy road which has a sidewalk and a crosswalk. The walk did not feel long or dangerous at all. There’s a pool at one of the beach access points which is super convenient that the beach and pool are next to each other! There’s also a 2nd pool by Crystal Lake/the fitness center/basketball court. (Make sure you get your pool passes at the fitness center the first day before going to the beach pool to save having to walk back.) There was also plenty of parking at the beach access point. (Bring your parking permit.) The house was great. Sheets and bath towels were provided. When we went there was toilet paper, hand soap, garbage bags, ziploc bags, aluminum foil, kuerig and regular coffee pots, coffee filters, salt, pepper, other seasonings, dish soap. It was one of the best stocked properties I’ve stayed at! There were also some beach chairs and boogie boards in the carport. The hot tub was clean and functional. We enjoyed it. It’s on the 2nd floor deck which is nice because it provides some shade and protection from the rain. The 2nd king bedroom is attached to the hallway full bathroom which was super convenient because you can enter from the bedroom or hallway. Would stay here again!

First Vaca in a long time

We really enjoyed our time at OBX! Cathy was very easy to communicate with! The house was in the perfect location- only 10 minutes away from the shops and a couple minutes walk to the beach.

Beach access and open floor plan

Owner was great at communicating, the open floor plan upstairs provided lots of space, plenty of decks, hot tub was excellent, private beach access with the pool right by the water was a huge plus. There were a lot of kitchen items and check-in was easy. You are steps from the 4x4 beach which was great for us- we rented a jeep for 2 days. The propane grill works well and is in a good location on the top deck, AC was excellent and all the decks have nice chairs on them. The property is not very updated, no screens on patio doors and agree with other guests that the beds are kind of hard, most rooms have really small dvd-style TVs, and there are no beach supplies (toys, chairs, bikes, etc.)- which we knew but is nice when they are available. For the price it was a good stay and no issues. If arriving early, park by the ocean-side pool and go to the beach, but don’t expect to get into the actual pool without passes, which you need to get with the paperwork inside the house. The pool staff at the clubhouse was rude about this, but that is not the owners fault. We had some pest problems in the house but the owner had a company come out right away, so just communicating with them if there’s a problem is the best way to go! The owner even brought us extra kitchen towels when I mentioned the cleaners forgot to leave us some.

Great neighborhood, dated home

The location was fabulous and a good time was had by all, but the attention to detail in the home is lacking. There were stains on white bath towels, a ripped bunk bed mattress, mold in the master shower, a broken microwave door, and the grill was beyond filthy. Just to name a few concerns. With a good cleaning and some attention to detail this could be an amazing property. The home layout was great. The kids loved the foosball table. We brought up a few initial concerns with the property to the owner. She was responsive but aggressive and accusatory. She told us that we would incur an extra fee for entering the home before the listed check in time. We explained to her that we had 3 children who had to use the bathroom and there was no one at the property. We were charged $100 for entering the home 2 hours early. Next the homeowner accused us of bringing in extra guests because she saw a rental crib on the Ring camera and thought we were moving beds into her home. Honestly, it was upsetting to start out our vacation feeling like we were defending our every move. We will be back to Corolla, but will do more research before renting a home.

Could not have asked for a better location. Pools and facilities amazing. Corolla is the place to stay in the outer banks. Only complaint is one of the decks is in really bad shape but no worries just don’t use it. Will be back in Corolla someday. Communication with owner is fantastic

My husband and I have been coming to Corolla for a long time. We love the shopping, the restaurants, walking on the beach, beautiful scenery, sunsets and so much more. Once we had kids we decided this would be an awesome opportunity and place to spend family vacations and just enjoy time together. Somewhere for them to bring their kids one day. I hope everyone has the same experiences as we have when renting our home.

We bought this home because we loved the area. Corolla is a beautiful area that takes your breath away. Our home is in a nice neighborhood setting, privacy but you still feel your at the beach. Everyone is very friendly.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

One of the wonderful benefits to our property is the neighborhood. Walking trails throughout, amenities include the two pools, private beach access, pickle ball, basket and volley ball courts, park, community fishing and fitness club if you desire. You can walk or drive to the 4X4 Beach. It's only approximately 500 yards from the house. Our family has always loved driving on it and enjoying the day and evenings playing games, swimming and watching the sunrise and sets.
