Great Location! Great environment

Location was Great and the over all environment was friendly, out going, just nice feel. We took our 2 5 month old pups on their 1st Beach trip and it was great.

Great location and actual condo was good

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is in a great location on the third floor easy to use the stairs or the elevator. Only a few issues; the master bedroom toilet, not flushing well. It seemed to have a limit on the water that it uses and often took six or eight flushes to get completely clean. Also, the fan in the den living area did not work. Kitchen was well established with all of the items we needed to cook meals. Our biggest concern was the hundreds of roaches in the parking lot every night. Especially on the first row covered parking area we had to walk by to get to the elevator. Often having to walk quickly or jump over them as they raced around the sidewalk. I’ve never seen so many roaches in one place and I wondered if they were getting up in any of the cars. We parked far away from the building to avoid them.

September Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condo was nice and clean with plenty of room. The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Even though only one elevator was in operation, it was not that bad getting up and down. Having beach chairs to go with the room was nice. Parking was not an issue, better than most places I have stayed. Mother nature was not kind, it rained for 4 days, but we made the best of it. Better beach access for the handicap would be nice.

Very Roomy

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was beautiful and plenty of room for our large family and pet. We loved that it was a very pet friendly property. Pickle ball courts and pool table was fun options for evenings. Our only concerns were maintenance came 3 separate times to fix issues with the unit reported before our stay. The last time he turned the water off to the dishwasher & forgot to turn it back on. Also we were not aware the elevator on our end was out of order until August when we booked. My mother is on oxygen and stairs aren’t an option and this unit was the furthest away from the working elevator. That elevator was fast at least. Condo is set back so you can only see the beach directly in front of you & not up the shore. We would still stay again after issues are resolved because a min view is worth the space and having our fur baby. Property management were very kind.

Girls Trip 2023

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice and spacious! A few minor issues like water spots on ceiling, dresser drawers broken, leaky faucet in bathroom and kitchen, no drain plug in one tub and the freezer seal was broken on the refrigerator. All in all not too bad. Did have a water main break but that was corrected very quickly. Very easy to get there, get in and enjoy! Excellent location, right on the beach!! Office workers and all staff were very friendly and polite. We had a fantastic time! Would definitely stay there again!
