This was the perfect location for our family vacation. The condo is just steps away from the pool and beach. We felt safe in the family friendly gated community. Our host was wonderful and very quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

We love this condo. We stayed in this exact condo over 20 years ago when my kids were young. Got so lucky and found it available and brought the whole family along with son-in laws and the grandkids. Not one single thing I would change about the condo, better weather maybe. We have missed very few years in the last 25 years visiting PCB and will continue. Nice being back at this condo and on Thomas Drive. Looking forward to booking again next year. The communications with the owner cannot be any better. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. It was great reliving old memories and making new ones with the grand brats.

This was our third year staying at this property. We have six people that travel in our family (four adults and two teens). There is plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The views of the ocean from this unit are spectacular. The property is great. We’ve been staying at Sugar Beach for thirty years and this is by far our favorite unit!

Perfect stay for large family

Loved the oceanfront views and close walk to ocean. Had plenty of room for our family with 7 adults. Steps off balcony to pool and entrance to beach was a plus. And great experience with owner , clean room and beds were extra comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful CLEAN Condo

This condo is one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in! It is spacious and the layout is fantastic for large families. The bathrooms are up-to-date, and beds are super comfy! The proximity from the balcony to beach is unparallelled. Will definitely rent again!!!

Excellent location

The unit was updated, clean, well stocked with cooking tools and appliances. Most of all we enjoyed the convenient location to the beach without having to deal with elevators. We will be staying again.

Full family fun vacation

Very quick access to beach and pool. The kids loved the recreation room to play in air conditioning and meet other kids. Lots of shopping and food options very near by. Owners were very accessible and helpful. We loved it and will come again!

Great room and views. The only negative was on my end. I wasn’t thinking about all the stairs and the up and downs. I gave up my king room because it was upstairs. I knew the entrance stairs would be hard enough on me. And if I had kept the upstairs I wouldn’t have made it I don’t think. My knees were angry after day 1. If you have limitations might want to find a place with an elevator. Otherwise, great stay.

Great spring break

This unit was great! Very clean and updated! Access to the beach and beach chair service was awesome! Conveniently, located to restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Owners were extremely responsive, and answered any questions very quickly. Highly recommend staying!

Amazing beach access

We had a wonderful time! 4 adults and 4 children fit comfortably in the unit, the check in process could not have been more simple, we had a very short easy walk to the beach and pool (literally just down the balcony stairs), and we were an easy walk to great dining, fun activities, and some shops. The view of the beach from the upper balcony was spectacular.

Perfect

We have only stayed here once 7-12 7-19. We have stayed at a lot of places. This by far was my favorite. This will definitely be where we stay every year. The owners were excellent to talk to. The condo was very clean. We loved everything about it.

This is a nice unit in a rather dilapidated set of condos. The owners were very kind and responsive.
