ENJOY OUR ENTIRE VACATION HOME. People call it a fun and "peaceful" retreat. The back yard is full of things to and the beach is just a 14 mins to beach. Kids love fishing and looking at nature on the water. Enjoy a getaway from home, but feel at home. We have a relaxing, Four-to-five-person hot tub nicely tucked away in a discreet breezeway with stairs and handrail to get in and out safely. The 24-foot round 52-inch-deep pool is clean and now has a fence to protect little ones from falling in. SO MUCH FUN IN THE SUN. We provide some pool toys and floats as well as a few life jackets for small children. We have a life ring available right by pool. ALSO PICNIC TABLEs and plenty of chairs to relax on the deck.
The 70-foot deck sits on 6- to 8-foot-deep canal that leads right to Pascagoula River. You will see many bird species. The deck has a beautiful view of protected watershed and marshes of the Pascagoula River. Birders will love the close-up connection you get. Fish right off the dock! Common fish in the river are TROUT,CHANNEL CAT,SUNFISH,BLUGILL,BASS,DRUM,SNAPPER. Mornings are nature at its best. Birds singing and flying everywhere to start the day. Pelicans are extremely common, and you can see them up close a lot with ducks as well. You may also see an occasional Alligator swim by. It can be fun and educational.
Inside is Huge Master suite has its own bathroom away from others with a shower. The other bathroom has a tub/shower. We even have a step so that little ones can reach the sink. We even have playpen, monitors, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, and many more extras. Each room has fully made quality beds with two pillows for each person. Extra blankets and pillows. 2 Towels, wash clothes, and hand towels provided for each person as well as two pods for wash. Free washer and dryer use. Two small shampoo bottles and two hand creams for each bathroom, as well as two small bars of soap. Toilet paper is provided for length of stay in mind as well as how many people. Some coffee pods are available with sugar as well as some tea or instant coffee to get you started. Beds are so very comfortable, and two rooms have a multi color LED light for fun as well as a blue tooth music box. The kitchen has a pod and a full pot of coffee options. Some of the other items included in the fully stocked kitchen is dishwasher, cutting board, dish clothes, dish dryer, chopper, frier, blender, rice cooker, different size pots many different utensils as well as for grilling and much more.
There is a play kitchen in one of the rooms for small children with some books and toys. The game room has foosball, a stand-up Arcade and card table with chairs. There are many standard board games cards and dice. We also have a large Jenga game, Cornhole, croquet and Raquetball, as well as pool toys.
2 Dog limit under 35 lbs. $100 pet fee.. They must be on a leash and not aggressive. Must be caged when gone if they are dogs that chew or get in to things.. We do not allow other pets as we are severely allergic to cats and other animals. $200.00 fee for each unregistered dog. See house rules for more. Yard is not fully fenced in.
Although it meets federal safety standards, this Mississippi town still has tinted water. A new initiative and funding have been launched for the upgrade, but it will be another year or so. No worries, we have provided a water dispenser with one complimentary five-gallon water jug for drinking. It provides hot and cold water. Must be able to put hot tub cover and off, and children under 14 must have adult present in pool and Hot tub. Young children and pets will have to be monitored all the time because of the river especially. THE FENCE IS JUST A deterrent. Finally there are two working security cameras. They are only there for security, and we do not look at them at all. One is at door when you walk in the house. One faces front yard on front of house to the right.
