You will NOT find a better deal on MIAMI BEACH, that gives you the entire place and 420 friendly with these reviews with a host that goes out of his way for guest like Vincent, so please DO NOT COME HERE COMPLAINING.


YOU ARE DIRECTLY IN SOUTH BEACH MIAMI. PLEASE NO SHOES ALLOWED INSIDE. This is in the middle of everything in a residential area. The neighborhood is calm and quiet and close to everything. I will give you a LIST of things to do in the area that will keep you busy. The place is quiet and 420 friendly. There are NO SHOES to be worn inside and there are NO CIGARETTES, CIGARS, OR BLACK & MILDS allowed to be smoked inside. I will be there to meet you and give you all the rules and things to do. You are 5 BLOCKS from Ocean Drive. 10 minutes from Port (for Cruises) and 15 minutes from Miami Heat Arena. 👌

I ALSO have access to cars for you to rent when you come to Miami (reasonable prices) for those that rent, we will pick you up from the airport and drop you off with the car you chose. BMW 640 & 645i, RangeRover Sport, and The HUMMER.

The communication was really good. It’s easy to misconstrue things over text though. Make sure you take off your shoes!! The big bear “TED” is kind of creepy. My daughter was creeped out thinking it had a camera in it. The host is nice but I don’t like going into an unlocked home without meeting the person that unlocked it. The shower/bathroom has black mold growing and we saw a small cockroach in the window seal,but maybe they’re common in that area. The sink in the kitchen was stained and inside the fridge was dirty. It looked like someone lives there on nights when guest aren’t staying. The AC worked but woke us up all night. It wasn’t horrible, but I wouldn’t stay there again myself personally.

Our overnighter

The apartment was sufficient for our needs. The building is older and inside the apartment appeared worn out. It could use a fresh coat of paint to brighten it up a bit. The things we didn't like bathroom tub/shower was not clean and the water pressure was weak. The shower head and faucet weren't working properly and thus leaked when used.The mat had hair and other dirt under it. I had to clean the tub before using it. The coffee maker had cold coffee left in it from prior use. The uneven floors and rugs were a tripping hazard for me. Not allowed to wear shoes inside. What we liked the host greeted us and gave us helpful information about the neighborhood and where to find local attractions easily. The fridge had a variety of beverages available for a fee. Two beds to choose from. A large screen TV with Netflix and other channels. Within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, stores.

He was very polite however the parking pass fee was told about very late and the address was different from the website. It was also extremely hot in the room place
