This absolute gem of a Palma Del Mar unit is sweet, cute and fully remodeled. The condo can accommodate 4 people with 2 brand new queen size beds in the bedroom and a pull out couch that turns into a king size bed. Just bring your toothbrush, bathing suits, and a selection of your favorite beverages for assistance in enjoying the tropical breezes from the cushioned lounge chairs on the large screened-in patio. **** Lease application will need to be completed by guests and submitted for approval by the Board of Directors. A lease agreement, driverâs license/photo ID and application fee ($100 paid by check)must accompany the application as well.Our condo association requires a background check for everyone staying in the premises.

With a gigantic pool, and an inviting hot tub, youâll be spending a lot of your time out here, relishing the best of what Florida has to offer. The association also has a rare fishing dock, a kayak launch, and a waterfront gazebo.
Here on the island of Isla del Sol, you'll find fantastic golf, tennis, and yachting right on the island at the Isla del Sol Yacht and Country Club, or leave the island over any of the three bridges for immediate access to Tierra Verde and the pristine beaches of Ft. DeSoto to the south, the perennially award-wining beaches of St. Pete Beach to the West, or I275 to the east, providing very quick access to vibrant downtown St. Petersburg, PIE, TPA, and so much more.
