Nearly perfect!

This was a very cute little place that met all our needs! Only suggestion would be to add more wine glasses
.there was only one. A coat of paint would go a long way in sprucing it up!

Perfect little spot for the week! Had everything we needed, check in was super easy, everything was well communicated. Added bonus was how friendly the residents were, even got invited to a cookout.

Great locale

This was one of the easiest check ins and good locations we’ve been to. Condo was very clean And comfortable. Owners responded quickly to our questions and were very helpful. Would love to go back!!

Very nice!

The property was perfect for just the 2 of us. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the water. The pool was great and other guest were friendly and respectful. We will book again.

Needs a little TLC

This property could use a little attention and upkeep. No blanket for the bed. No extra pillow cases. Only one wine glass in the kitchen. Air filter in the closet looks like it hasn’t been changed in years/ very dirty. Living room chair was filthy. After walking around inside the unit in bare feet for a few hours, the bottoms of my feet were black. I sat down in the beach chair provided, and it completely snapped in half. Hangers in the the closet were old and beat up. Noise from the road was 24/7. .

Nice but not clean

The unit is not well maintained, the toilet didn't work when we arrived, the electric for the wifi and TV was also out. The owner was responsive and had the toilet fixed the day we got there. The unit was not clean. the cleaning people were there just before we got there but they did not clean the floors well. The noise from the street and bridge are a negative, but the views were beautiful.

Beautiful views

Beautiful views from room and from pool. Herons prowled the nearby water each morning. The luggage carts to move in and out were an unexpected bonus. Easy access to beaches. Shower rod and curtain and mattress needs to be replaced.

Great Condo for an overnight stay.

Stayed two nights and it was perfect. Clean. Comfortable and as advertised. Only negative would be the road Noise on the balcony. No road noise inside. View of the water Boca ceiga Bay enjoyed!

Great little place with a super host!

I was in town for a work trip and to visit some friends. This was the perfect location. Close to the beach, but easy to pop into town as well. It is clean, quiet (the road noise was white noise to me and not very noticeable in the unit). The host was super responsive and upfront about a potential issue that turned out not to be one. I’ll definitely consider here for my next visit.

Perfect view, size and location

This worked for us with the view, the size, kitchen, balcony, and location with tennis courts nearby and close to our family here. Very nice inside. Easy to access.

Great view but noisy

The condo matched the description and pictures. The only downside was the proximity to the bridge which had heavy traffic. It was a bit noisy on the patio. Other than that, it was a cute condo in a great location.

The water view was great.

Loved our view out the balcony. Even got to see the dophins swimming around. The only down-side was that the traffic was loud when sitting out on the patio. Close to everything we needed.

Close to many places we liked yet also relaxing enough to spend the day at the property. Traffic always busy both ways and at times noisy outside on the deck but quiet with the doors closed. Closet storage was too small for clothes and luggage in mid Jan to mid feb weather and washer/dryer worked well so overpacking not needed. Glad we stayed there.

Great Choice

It was amazing to wake up each morning and be at the water! Everything was in The unit you could need, plus a few extras. The location was convenient to so many things. Claire could not have been more responsive.

Great place, great view

St Petersburg and surrounding areas were amazing. Condo was in a nice location, close to, but not on the beach. Nice balcony with a view of a small bay. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Clean with all the household supplies we needed. We were disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance the whole time we were there. The owners did not know this would be going on and did offer a small refund. Despite the pool, I would stay again. In the future, I will use this as a lesson to check amenities prior to a stay.
