Backyard Mountain View Oasis ~ Sleeps 10 - Chinatown, Downtown
Outdoor enthusiasts will love the backyard mountain views, which can be seen from the deck or firepit. All 10 guests can easily dine al fresco at the huge custom picnic table under the shade of the pergola. At night, the backyard is lit up for safety and to set the mood. This newly remodeled home features stainless steel kitchen appliances, gorgeous kitchen countertops, brand new bathrooms, modern yet comfortable furniture, and 7 beds!
THE SPACE -
The space includes an attractive front yard and entranceway; a large, fully-fenced backyard with seating, a fire pit (bring your own wood), a swing set for the kids, and a pergola with a large picnic table; parking for up to 4 cars (3 on the driveway and one on the gravel area); a remodeled, fully-equipped kitchen; 2 full, remodeled bathrooms; an indoor/outdoor bar at the dining room windows; a cozy living room with comfy armchairs, a large couch that can pull out into a queen memory foam bed, and a 60 inch TV; a main bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom; a second bedroom with a queen bed and mounted smart TV; and a third bedroom with 4 twin beds (bunks) and a small desk and chair.
GUEST ACCESS -
Guests have access to the full property. There are a couple of closets near the living room we keep locked to store maintenance supplies and etc. There is also a shed near the carport that remains locked for supplies/maintenance as well.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE -
Our neighbors have outdoor cats that do occasionally roam through our backyard. They run away as soon as they see humans, so you probably won't see them much. You might occasionally spot a bit of their leavings in the yard. We do our best to keep it cleaned up, but they are around a lot. The wonderful thing about having them nearby is they help keep pests away!
If you have a fire in the firepit, please COMPLETELY extinguish it with a lot of water before you leave it unattended. Utah is an extremely dry climate, and the smallest spark of coal can easily start a fire. There should be absolutely no hot or glowing pieces left in the pit after you extinguish it.
Bunk beds have a 160 lb limit for the top bunks and a 220 lb limit for the bottom bunks. For your safety, please don't exceed this.
The swing set is meant for young kids only. Do not exceed 150 lbs on the swing set at one time.
Kids should not be left alone anywhere on the property. Please always have an adult around with the kiddos.
For your safety and the security of the property, there are security cameras. There is a doorbell camera at the front door, a camera in the backyard, and a camera on the carport/driveway. Do not touch or attempt to disable the cameras.
We reply quickly through the app. Don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything at all or just have questions about the area :)

3) No Events or Loud Activities (Please respect our neighbors)
4) No one may stay in the home unless they're listed on the reservation. Please reach out to the host.
5)Do Not Move the Furniture Around
6) We allow (2) pets! You must agree to $25/night per pet fee, added to the booking total (Please inquire about the pet fees for longer stays). Please also agree to a Zero impact pet policy (meaning there will be no sign a pet was onsite upon departure, you donât allow pets in furniture or on rugs, and the housekeeper has no extra work as a result of a pet being there). You accept full liability for your pets. Please keep the pets out of the bedrooms.
