This cheerful, recently remodeled Shelby Park home offers three beautifully decorated bedrooms; two on the main floor and one upstairs on the second floor. Each bedroom offers a comfy king-sized bed, where you’ll be able to stretch out and relax after a long day exploring the best of Derby City.

Ceiling fans ensure the room environment is pleasant at all times, while bedside tables, lamps, and plenty of closet space provide all the home comforts you need. There is a luxury queen-sized airbed available in case you need extra sleeping space.

The upstairs bedroom contains a desk and office chair, perfect for anyone who needs to get some work done during their stay. Having this on the second level makes it easy to shut the door and enjoy a quiet working environment.

Adjacent to the living room, you’ll find a sleek full bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination so you can choose between a relaxing soak or a refreshing shower. As guests, you will have access to the whole house, except for the owner’s supply closet. This includes the use of the three lovely bedrooms, common areas, and the fully-fenced backyard. Additionally, you’ll find a washing machine and dryer located in the kitchen, which is ideal for taking care of any laundry needs during your vacation.

The majority of the home is situated on the main floor, with just one king bedroom upstairs. From the street level, there are a few steps up to the front door. There’s plenty of free parking in close proximity to the front of the home. However, the road can be busy, so you may prefer to park on one of the nearby side streets.

Great option for large group

We had 7 adults travel to Louisville for the Louder than Life festival. The house was perfect for our large family. It has everything we needed, and was super easy to access the grounds for the events via Uber. We also found it easy to get downtown for dinner and evening entertainment. Daniel was great at reaching out and checking in with us. Definitely recommend others to consider this place. Only issue was sharing the one bathroom between 7 adults!
