About this space
Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Have your morning coffee or relax in the evening on the deck in a spacious private backyard. The entire home will be just for your group. Full granite countertop in the pristine kitchen with eat-in dining tables that can sit up to 10. Guests have room to spread out on the couches either in the living room or in the spacious family room in the lower level. There are 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms and 2 squeaky clean full baths.
The space
You will be greeted with a nicely decorated, relaxed living room. The modern kitchen is spotless with eat-in area, refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker, and all the cooking/dining essentials you may need. There are 3 bedrooms down the hallway, each features a very comfortable queen-sized bed and ceiling fan. In the lower level, there is a large family room with smart TV and a fireplace consol. The 4th bedroom and the 2nd bathroom and the laundry room, are also located in the lower level.

Smart lock access. You will be provided with unique access code for the duration of you stay.

The perfect accommodations

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as expected and more! Spacious, great beds & bedding, etc. The host was amazing to work with from beginning to end, and so easy to communicate with. We will for sure be staying here again if we ever get back to Louisville!

Perfect stay for 4 adults!

We stayed at this beautiful home during Derby week and it was perfect! The house was incredibly clean, I have never stayed at a property that was so clean and tidy. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was perfect for 4 adults with plenty of extra space in two separate living areas. Communication with the host was flawless and they even reached out to ensure we were settled in and didn't need anything. 10/10 stay!!!!

Bourbon Trail

Was pretty centrally located to the bourbon places we wanted to go and a few golf courses. Very clean and updated home, nice back porch.

Great stay

Our stay here was great. It’s an older home that’s been updated. Everything was user friendly. The only thing for older people or people that have knee or legs problems I would suggest staying upstairs. The stairs are steep going to the basement. We enjoyed our stay and would book here again.

Bourbon Trail Trip

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house had been beautifully remodeled and was exceptionally clean and well decorated. Location was in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to get around the city and beyond to other areas. The owner was extremely welcoming via text and responded quickly to any questions. I would definitely stay again.

The pictures in the ad does not do this place justice. It is much better than what is shown in the pictures. The home is 11 minutes from the airport and wonderfully place smack in the middle of Ft. Knox and downtown Louisville. My stay was close to perfect. I would only make 2 suggestions to the owner.1. Put anTV in each bedroom as they are currently none in any of the bedrooms.2. Have your cleaning crew clean the table on the deck during the nice months.

We were in town for the World Team Trials / Central Regional being held at the Norton Healthcare Center.The venue was within 15 minutes making it convenient enough to not deal with traffic and close enough to commute quickly. There were many restaurants nearby including a small dive bar & grill that had the best smoked wings, Rubbies.The house was clean, in a quiet neighborhood and as listed. The owner, Van, was a great communicator and made this part of the trip seamless.Would recommend to anyone traveling to Louisville with a small group.

Fantastic property for long term work assignment

Beautifully renovated home. Everything appeared brand new. Floors, paint, stain, deck, fence, appliances, furniture, bedding, bathroom/shower fixtures, basement apartment. Great communication with owner. Very friendly, very accommodating. We established a relationship early on in this medium-term rental to reassure the owner of our professional status and maturity. We obligated to take care of his home as if it were our own. Sometimes things aren't what they seem to be on these sites, and we really didn't have time to shop around. We were so impressed with this house and counted ourselves extremely lucky to have found this location to stay in during our job assignment in Louisville. It exceeded every one of our expectations. Quiet neighborhood. Close to Walmart and Kroger for groceries. Several restaurants close by. Easy access to the main highway to get to work. Everything was perfect. (For some reason the form won't let me select "Other" for who stayed with you at the property, but my response would have been co-workers.)

We grew up and eventually each moved out on our own. I decided to remodel the entire home and share this family home with guests and still keeps good memories with this home.
