Welcome to The Great Escape! Beautifully located on the outskirts of Sevier County,minutes away from shows, attractions and shopping! Perfectly between interstate 40 and Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town but close enough to head out for many adventures! This spacious townhouse has enough room for 12 people, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Enough space for together time and privacy! Enjoy a peaceful night out by fire after a day in the Great Smoky Mntns.

Our Beautiful Condo is 5 minutes from Oak Haven Spa. 9 minutes from Wilderness Golf Course, Soaky Mountain Waterpark and the Sevierville convention center. We're only 14 minutes from the Interstate, perfect after a long drive. Only 20 minutes from Douglas Lake. 30 minutes from Dollywood. 30 minutes from Knoxville Civic Auditorium. 30 minutes from Neylan Stadium. We're also located walking distance from a gas station and dollar general right down the road.

Parking right beside condo. Park in open spaces next to 2nd building on left. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Have a baby? We provide a highchair, pack n play, and stroller in case you forgot yours! Full kitchen with everything needed to cook. Crockpot, Keurig and waffle maker. Plenty of space for multiple families. Great for a guys getaway being so close to the golf course. Or a girls getaway being so close to the spa!

We love the peaceful, quiet area. Great to enjoy family around the firepit. Lay in the hammock and rest.

The best way to get around is by car.

We have 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 living rooms. A master king suite upstairs and downstairs, queen room upstairs and bunk bed room downstairs with 2 full size beds and 3 twins. We have 2 blow up beds if needed. Fast wifi and youtube TV available.

We do not allow pets. You will be charged a $200 extra cleaning fee if you have an animal.
Please put all trash in trash cans outside.

Perfect for Our Group

We stayed here after a UT Football game. It was a night game, so we didn't arrive until 1:30 AM and had to check out at 10:00AM. It had plenty of room for our group of 9. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Location was easy to find and not far from town.

Good value despite bathroom deficiencies

The property was clean and comfortable and an overall good value. But where do you hang your towels between uses? There were no towel racks, bars, or hooks in any of the bathrooms. There was also no soap, shampoo, or conditioner in two of the three bathrooms (and no conditioner in the third). Had this been communicated in advance, it would have been less of an issue.

Great family stay

Here to celebeate a wedding, 2 birthdays, and a 50th anniversary. The accommodations were just what we needed. Plenty of room to spread out whenwe neede space, and cozy enough for th 11 of us. Close to where we wanted to go but quiet enough to appreciate the nightfrog songs. Very sensibly priced and we would recommend this home for any largefamily groups to stay. When we did have an issue, we notified our hostand he was very happy to come and take care of it. Best wishes for many future guests.

Perfect for what we needed

This property is a little surprise in the middle of nowhere. Do not let the location keep you from staying here. It was great. Very Clean everything was better than we expected.

New Years/Dollywood/water dome

Property is clean, spacious, everything we needed, 25 minutes to Dollywood, 10 minutes to wet and wild water dome at wilderness of the smokies. Did a lot of cooking good food with the full kitchen and small, but adequate charcoal grill. The gas fire pit and neat back yard area were nice. Our family had a blast!

WONDERFUL!!

I absolutely loved the home!! it was a perfect size and it was a little farther our than i had expected but it was quiet and i might have passed the driveway every single time it was dark haha but thats just bc i am not great at finding new places at night lol! thanks so much for the stay will stay again!!

Our condo is in Heartland condominiums. There’s 7 units, we’re number 4. It’s very peaceful and centrally located. Walking distance from gas station. The road has a Mexican restaurant, dollar general and other small businesses.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our property has lots of space for a big amount of people. Everyone’s favorite is the bunk bed room for kids and the hammock and fire pit in the backyard.
