Cozy Casita in Downtown Entertainment District

Walk into a beautiful, thoughtfully decorated and cozy space! We’ve added special touches for a lovely and relaxing stay. Located in Downtown Arlington Entertainment District, and central to Dallas and Fort Worth. Walking distance from the AT&T Stadium, Globe Life, and Texas Live. Conveniently close to Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, and Epic. Lots of breweries, coffee shops, restaurants, barbecue and arcades. This is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. We’re in middle of THE entertainment district.

The space is small but cozy! This open concept has a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, bathroom, walk in closet, dining nook, bedroom and comfortable sleeper sofa that turns into a queen bed. You’ll have a private patio to enjoy cookouts and fireside lounging.

Guest access:

You’ll have access to the entire property including the front & back patio areas.

Smart Lock Access:

Once booked & before your check in time you’ll receive a code to use on the keypad on the front AND backdoor for easy access.

Parking:

You can park your vehicle on the street or in the back. Enter through Alleyway, manually open gate and pull your vehicle in. Please keep gate closed at all times.

Pets:
No Pets allowed. Service animals are welcome!

Misc:
During your stay you might also run into a pair of curious/friendly cats (one white & one orange). Please be nice to them, but don’t let them inside.
If you have excess trash, please place in trash bags (extra bags under sink) and place in black trash bin in back of patio. Any recycling goes in green bin without bagging.
No Smoking inside of home.

Extended Stays (14+ Days):

To ensure an excellent experience at the Cozy Casita, for our extended guests we do require an additional $100 biweekly general cleaning fee. You’ll have your floors, restroom & shower cleaned along with a kitchen wipe down & linens washed. It’ll be about a 2hr general cleaning session.
