The home comfortably sleeps 8 people with two king and two full sized beds. Perfect for couples, families, and small groups. Enjoy the large private deck with a retro wood burning fireplace, hot tub, and views.

We had an amazing time! This house is not only beautiful but super cozy, from the beds, the fire place and to the outside hot tub! This home is perfect for a group of friends or a big family. Thank you Clara for being such a great host!

Active vacation rental

A walk to Posse Ground park for bike, hike and running trails. Lots of restaurants within minutes, we were never bored and ended the days exhausted. House was a great launch point for each days activities.

Private property in a great location

Overall, this was a great stay. Love finding a property with lots of privacy but still in the middle of West Sedona and close to everything. The home and outdoor space were beautiful! Hot tub and outside fire place were a huge bonus. Also extremely comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Couple finishing touches would be appreciated to make it a bit more homey. We wished there had been blankets for the living room or outdoor blankets to use, as the nights were quite cool. Also the master bedroom needed a couple fixes. The remote that operates the fan was missing and the master bath doors (track doors) did not actually close (they slid right back open). These issues did not detract from our stay so we still recommend. A few tweaks and this could become an absolute guest favorite in the area!

Beautiful house

We had a great stay! House was clean, beds were comfy. We were close to everything! AC was good, hot tub provided amazing night sky views! I would highly recommend!

Great 3 Bedroom with game room!

Rented this place to stay during Sedona Mountain Bike Festival. It was perfect becasue it was a 5 minute walk to the venue. Rooms were nicely appointed and the place was very clean. We really enjoyed the game room with ping-pong table and foosball. The game room is where the garage used to be, so storing bikes is a bit more complicated. Driveway is behind a gate, you can fit 3 cars if they are nose to tail. communicated with the property manager a few times and they were very prompt to respond and were great to deal with. Thanks Clara!

Sedona vacation

Nice place to stay. Location is good. Spa once we got around to looking at it was merky and had odor. Spa guy came next day and tried chemicals but didn't help. Unfortunately the spa was needing a water change and we were only staying 3 nights water never got up to temperature and unfortunately unable to use it for the stay. The spa was one of the features that interested us in the property. We were only offered a sorry in return. I can see the driveway and opening and closing the gate at entrance to be a little annoying.

Gorgeous mid-century in quiet neighborhood

We stayed in this great 3-bedroom mid-century house, which had all the amenities you could ask for: a fully-stocked kitchen, great deck with hot tub, and an entertainment room. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so if you are looking for a place away from tourists with room to spread out and relax, this is the place for you. The hosts are super helpful and responsive, too!
