Welcome to The Greentree Retreat

The Greentree Retreat is a quick 8-minute drive from downtown Walla Walla. The 2,380-square-foot home has plenty of room to relax and enjoy friends and family. The house features high ceilings, open spaces, and areas for relaxation both inside and out. The well-appointed Chef`s Kitchen is the heart of the house. You can entertain your guests at the bar and family room while preparing meals.

Smart TVs in the family room and each bedroom are there for you to watch your favorite show or game, and each of the three bedrooms has their own private bathroom.

The Greentree Retreat boasts a beautifully landscaped backyard with a 2,400-square-foot patio. A large pavilion covers the outdoor kitchen, dining area and fire pit and is equipped with fans and radiant heaters to extend your enjoyment in any season. The backyard also boasts a number of other cozy seating areas, a perfect yard for corn hole or croquet, and a 7-person hot tub for relaxing after a long day. (16 years and up only for hot tub)

House was comfortable clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The hosts created a very welcoming environment. Really enjoyed waking around the neighborhood and visiting downtown Walla-Walla.

The house was fabulous, even better than the photos. We had everything we needed and more. Comfy beds seating areas, quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Host was available and responded quickly (we wouldn't have had any questions if we had read the great little guide we were sent ). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

The house was perfect. There were three couples and we all had our own corner of the house with our own bathroom. The house has a great outdoor area and quiet neighborhood. Nothing bad to say about this place. We would highly recommend it and would even stay again.

We loved our stay at The Greentree Retreat. The property was very clean, beds comfortable, and the outdoor space was amazing. The house is very well stocked and they even provide coffee beans and a bottle of wine. Both were delightful. Would definitely stay again. It was a perfect fit for our family especially my husband who uses a wheelchair. There are no steps!

The outdoor living space was incredible. The house is set up beautifully. Everyone has their own space when it came to the bedrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans. I highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful get away

Six adults met in Walla Walla for a splendid weekend.The house was lovely. Very clean, organized, well stocked kitchen. We used the BBQ and Pizza oven with fantastic results. We did communicate one minor concern with property manager and issue was immediately addressed. Communication was accurate and timely. As we departed, our group determined we will rent this property next summer. Will 100% recommend to anyone.The back yard sitting area was so well thought out and designed. We loved our stay.We didn't realize how centrally the home is located. Fast access to down town as well as Southern end wineries. This was a huge bonus.

Lovely Home with all Amenities and Great Location

Our stay at this home was truly wonderful. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and incredibly well-appointed. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and the thoughtful touches—such as board games, blankets for snuggling by the firepit, robes, and all the comforts of home—made it clear that the owners really care about their guests’ experience.We encountered a bit of confusion regarding check-out time. The house rules on the listing stated that check-out was before 11am, but both the binder in the home and owner communication told us to be out by 10am. There was no leniency regarding leaving packed bags in the foyer or breastmilk in the fridge beyond 10am, which resulted in a bit of a scramble on our departure day.We would absolutely recommend this property to others and would stay again. The home, location, and amenities were all top-notch, and I’m confident that anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in the area would have a fantastic time here. Highly recommended!

What a great home! We were two families who needed housing for Christmas week to spend time with family living in the WW area. Home is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well stocked. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful Walla Walla

Beautifully well kept lovely upscale home. We felt at home. The home provided all of the amenities we could possibly need. We were able to enjoy both inside and outside areas of the home. My family was impressed. We were a group of 64 year old and older. The bedrooms were all very comfortable for each couple. We were especially impressed with the cleanliness of the home. Should you stay there, please help to keep this home in excellent condition, as we plan to visit again for our family gatherings.

Lovely Home Base in Walla Walla

Our family enjoyed our stay here. Everything was just as pictured. Plenty of room for the seven of us to be together and find some alone time as well. The kitchen is well-appointed and the entertainment space could not be nicer. Beds were comfortable, towels plentiful, and we were not missing a single item. Fabulous Getaway!

This property is welcoming, clean, cozy, and in perfect condition! Plenty of open space, private sitting areas, and a beautiful outdoor space. Our group was eight; we never felt crowded. The home is beautifully appointed with everything you might need for your stay. Highly recommended! Don’t miss it!

Friends getaway

Girls Trip

We had a great stay at Greentree! The outdoor space is fantastic. So much so that we had to force ourselves to leave the house instead of just hanging in the backyard all day.
