âą All bedrooms are located upstairs
âą The home comfortably hosts large groups, though there is one bathroom upstairs and one on the main floor
âą The homeowner lives in a separate ADU apartment attached to the garage, located at the back of the property, completely detached from the house. The ADU is fenced off, private, and has no shared spaces. Guests rarely see the owner, though she may occasionally be around with her small dog, Priscilla.
PROPERTY RULES
1. Max occupancy: 12 guests
2. Max vehicles: 4
3. Quiet hours: 9pmâ8am (SunâThu) & 10pmâ8am (FriâSat)
4. Trash must be secured in provided receptacles
5. Guests must follow all county-mandated burn bans
VERIFIED VIOLATIONS BY THE CITY AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. $250 fine per violation
2. Forfeit of guestsâ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee
3. Immediate eviction
4. Homeowners & hosts may lose their permit to operate
DOGS ALLOWED:
We allow dogs only, a max of two dogs for a $150 pet fee. Please review rental agreement and welcome packet for more details about bringing dogs.
PARKING:
Guests have access to parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. Vehicles must be parked in two rows of two (tandem parking). Please ensure all vehicles are fully within the driveway and do not block any portion of the sidewalk or extend into the street.
CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES:
For security purposes, there are two outdoor cameras that monitor the front door, and back entrance. Cameras are there to help monitor weather, and are for guests' safety. There are no indoor cameras. **Tampering with cameras is immediate cause for eviction.
GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking
2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid ID
3. $300 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported.
*Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits
