Our home is nestled in the heart of Fraser where you will enjoy beautiful views with access to everything Winter Park has to offer. We are located on the free shuttle route that will take you to and from our home/the resort/town year round! The resort is only 6 miles away, and downtown Winter park is just 3 miles away. Whether summer or winter there are always lots to do to keep you busy!

This warm and cozy house will offer you a perfect combination for small or large groups based on this perfect configuration. The family room will offer you the comfort you would expect in a mountain retreat with large vaulted ceilings, beautiful log finishes, a gas fireplace, a large smart TV, and a deck where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset, view some of the local foxes or enjoy grilling something for dinner. When the day is over, each group will be able to enjoy their privacy with the bedrooms spread across three levels.
The Recreation room located on the lower level has an amazing 70â LED smart TV. Watch a movie together and youâll feel like you have your own private movie theater with this setup!
The Layout
The first master suite which is located on the top level offers you seclusion and privacy. This bedroom has a king bed and a large private bathroom where you can enjoy a custom steam shower. The King Suites offer you private bath robes and down comforters located on the beds, as well as a large walk-in closet.
The second master suite is located on the main floor and also has a large king bed and a large private connected bathroom and walk-in closet. This King Suites also offers you private bath robes and down comforters located on the beds.
Located on the lowest level of the house are two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms offers you a Queen bed with a down comforter. The other bedroom offers you a stand-alone Full size bed and a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom, all of these beds also have down comforters. These bedrooms have an extra-large bathroom to share which has a shower and bath. We also have a sofa sleeper to provide extra room for large groups.
Close to town and ski shuttle. In terms of location, we are about 7 miles from the resort, 3 miles from downtown Winter Park, 2 miles from the Fraser tubing hill, and 1 and a half miles from the grocery store.
All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker(Keurig and standard), cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances(griddle, crock pot, blender, food processor, rice cooker and waffle maker).
Rental Rules:
1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9pm to 7am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense.
2.) No events of any kind permitted at anytime. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine.
3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at anytime.
4.) No more than our stated allowed number of vehicles total at our home. No on-street parking allowed at anytime. Our HOA does fine and tow and you will be responsible for any fine incurred.
5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By signing this contract, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will loose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the home owner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit.
Our home is equipped with noise/smoke sensors. Exterior cameras are also present.
Please check on dates, even if booked. We have 12 other homes in the same neighborhood!
