Charming 2 bed/1 bath Tesuque Village Guesthouse

Enjoy easy access to the Santa Fe Plaza from this charming 2 bed/1 bath 1,700 sq/ft guesthouse located on a fully gated compound (main house is now also for rent) in the heart of Tesuque Village, within walking distance to 2 restaurants (Tesuque Village Market and El Nido) and trails. Get to the Plaza in 7 minutes or Los Alamos in 30 min.
The space
The 2 bedroom/1 bathroom guest house has large vaulted ceilings and an abundance of natural light with views of the Tesuque Valley. Fully equipped with a gourmet kitchen and ample room to spread out. There is a small fully fenced in grassy yard for your dogs and patio for relaxing after a long day sightseeing, hiking, skiing, or whatever has brought you to the Land of Enchantment!
There are 2 bedrooms - the large master has a king bed, fireplace and bathroom (note - shower only - no bathtub).
The second bedroom is located downstairs in the basement and has a queen bed, dresser, small smart TV, desk and storage.
Guest access
The road up to our home narrows in places so please drive slow and be cautious and courteous of our neighbors. The guest house has its own carport for covered parking.
Other things to note
There is a 90 degree turn on the driveway with a tall retaining wall on one side and our main residence on the other, therefore no RVs, trailers or dually trucks as they won’t be able to clear the turn.

We spent our evenings relaxing on the patio daily. The view of the surrounding area is awesome. It rained most afternoons into the evening as we watched the lightning show. The casa is very roomy with a great kitchen. Both bedrooms have very comfy beds. All in all, it was a very private and enjoyable stay.

Very relaxing, quiet and peaceful stay. The casita was very clean and cozy. The kitchen was big and open with everything you needed if you wanted to cook a nice meal. The covered patio was great to enjoy the sunny days or listen to the rain. Very enjoyable place.

I would recommend this rental to friends and family.

We stayed for 3 nights and I didn’t want to leave. The property is beautiful and the home is as pictured. It is so clean and comfortable. Our dog loved the yard and lounging on the porch. The location is perfect and Stephanie is an awesome host.

Convenient spot

Close enough to walk to Tesuque Market and hike the arroyos. Short drive south to Santa Fe and north to Nambe Falls & Chimayo.Well-supplied home, comfortable bed. Very quiet & peaceful.As listing says, one bathroom, but note it isn’t very private if you were to stay with a group. There’s a broken pocket door & the wall doesn’t go all the way up to the ceiling so it’s up to you how much that might concern you.Important to note that you should not walk north on Griego Hill. A man in a pickup truck followed us (with his dog barking menacingly out the window) and chastised us for walking on a “private” road. We apologized but he drove slowly behind us as we went the other way - very disconcerting. There is a small “private” sign someone put up, but Google Maps has street view almost a mile down that road & USPS delivers mail to the houses. So, the claim of this man should be taken with a grain of salt.

Fantastic stay

We felt at home the moment we walked in. Everything was clean and well organized. The house has everything you may need to have a perfect stay. oh, also, fantastic hosts. They checked on us all the time and made sure we had a good stay. We will be back!

Beautiful and Peaceful Property

Really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Our pups were very happy to see the lush grass. The king bed was very comfy. Beautiful views and very close to Santa Fe. The Tesuque Market at the bottom of the street has wonderful food. Highly recommend!

Lovely

Well appointed home and a nice retreat while we visited family in Santa Fe with our baby. Highlight of the stay was hanging out on the lawn every morning and stargazing at night.

Awesome!

This one checked all the boxes for us. Clean, very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, great location, and easy to communicate with the owner. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
