Beautiful brand new designer home in the Villages of Richmond, a highly desired location. Easy golf cart ride (gas golf cart included in your stay) to Brownwood Square where you can enjoy nightly entertainment, dancing shops and great dining options.

Enjoy your stay in this super clean, open concept 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. Brand new plush mattresses with quality white linens. Cozy up and dine on our gorgeous lanai space with 65” tv.

Our designer home has 1950 sq ft of beautifully decorated living space. A 2 car plus golf cart garage.

Our kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with all the necessities, toaster, Keurig, blender, air fryer etc.

Golf Weekend Away

Working with Arica and staying at the Brownwood home was a breeze. It was a beautiful home, clean and an easy drive to Brownwood Square. I would definitely stay here again.

Stunning once you walk in the door. It lived up to what was promised and more. The only thing I might add are a set of used golf clubs. The host was available on request and I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful home and location!

We really enjoyed this house, it was beautifully decorated, beds were comfortable and the location was great for our needs! The included golf cart was a plus as this is a golf cart community and made our excursions so fun! Erica was a great host and super easy to work with. Everything went smooth and communication was great, her response time was very quick and efficient. I would definitely rent again!

The description online was wonderful but, the actual house itself far exceeded expectations. It was top notch. The house was spotless. Decor was awesome. Beds were comfortable. Location was great. Having the golf cart was so easy to use and get around. The best part was working with Arin. She was absolutely amazing. She is so friendly and accommodating. Look no further. This is it!!!

Amazing home

We stayed at a beautiful home, 3 bedroom, 2 bath. There were just two of us but definitely would’ve been comfortable with 2 other couples. Came with gas golfcart and that was a big plus. Linens were great on the bedding. I actually picked my VRBO based on what the linens looked like, most had the old orange bedspread and wouldn’t stay there at all. It lived up to everything posted on line. Would stay there again, close to entertainment. 9 minute golfcart away!

No Cons! I almost don't want to tell you how nice it is!

What a wonderful stay. In a great spot to get quickly to Brownwood Square and also a straight shot down to the new Eastport; this home was well stocked, very nicely decorated, comfortable and roomy. I almost don't want to tell you how nice it is because you may take a future spot from me! One thing to be aware of, and if you have visited The Villages before, you already know this; in most cases their is no fencing around the houses unless you are in a Veranda or Courtyard Villa. If you have issues with other people being on their lanai at the same time as you, then you might not like staying here. For Villagers this is a normal occurrence and no one will bother you if you are sitting and just relaxing. With that said, you will be hard put to find an unfriendly neighbor-everyone loves to wave and welcome you. 4 seat (2 forward, 2 back) golf cart is a nice to have on the rental for sure, it saves you from having to rent one for your time there. We rented bicycles and actually rode those more than the cart with so many bike and walking paths. The Village home you would be staying in is right across from the Lake Okahumpka Recreation and is absolutely gorgeous. We scheduled a guided kayak tour and had an amazing time. Arica and Eric are wonderful renters who are easy to reach out to, accommodating and knowledgeable. Great hosts!
