We really enjoyed our relaxing stay. House is plenty big for us as a couple, but easily could accommodate a family or two other couples with two other bedrooms each with a large screen TV. House was well equipped with kitchen gear. Patio/Pool was very relaxing even with a TV where we enjoyed watching some football. Neighborhood is quiet and the house is close to the walking/biking trail. Fenney Grill is walkable or a very short drive. The host Pam was very responsive to requests. I recommend putting something over the door handle that leads to the patio/pool to remind guests to deactivate the alarm when they first arrive. In our haste to check out the pool we set off the alarm. I didn’t read the directions before opening the door that would have told me how to silence the alarm. I unnecessarily sent a message to Pam/host asking about the alarm. Warning to future guests
read the directions BEFORE going to the pool! Once we knew what to do it wasn’t an issue. We would stay here again!

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. It was absolutely perfect and just what we needed while visiting our parents in Fenney. The home is spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The pool was definitely our favorite part! We truly appreciated how comfortable and convenient everything was. Thank you so much to the owners, we will absolutely be back!

Check in was very smooth. The house was nicely decorated and very clean. Kitchen was fully stocked and laundry room came in handy. The owner was very responsive to a few issues that arose. I would stay here again.

Fenney House

House was very nice and clean. The pool, however, did not have a railing to hold as you entered or exited the pool. That made it difficult for seniors with bad knees, especially with wet feet on tile flooring. It’s unlikely I would rent this property again because of that.

Perfection!

Pam's place was perfect in everyway. Clean, organized, great location. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our week in Florida. Thank you Pam.Only negative would be that I wouldn't recommend this home for folks with younger children.

Fenney Home

We had a wonderful month long stay! This beautiful 3 BR home was clean and came with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to relax and enjoy the backyard pool/patio area. Communication with Pam was excellent as she got back to me with all my questions

Beautiful home

We stayed at this home for two weeks with 4-5 adults. There was plenty of room for all of us. It is as pictured. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space, especially the pool. Beds were comfortable and house was very clean.The neighborhood is beautiful and we were close to Fenney Grill and recreational activities. Once we got our bearings, getting around by golf cart was fun and easy. But it takes a minute to understand the layout of the golf cart paths.Communication with host was excellent. I would recommend the host provide some camping chairs. Attending live music and other events would be much easier if we had our own chairs.

Wonderful Home !

One of the best homes we’ve rented and we’ve rented quite a few. Home had everything that we wanted, extremely clean, well stocked kitchen, beautifully decorated - and the pool was a huge bonus. We enjoyed our stay very much - highly recommend. Thank you !! The Romeo’s.

Wonderful place!

We were lucky enough to stay here over the Christmas break with 3 generations of extended family and what a wonderful time! The house is in a great location, with Magnolia Square and Brownwood easily accessible. Everything within the house is as advertised. Really clean, well appointed with what you would need to host a dinner. Beds and linens were nice and bathrooms were spotless. Thanks for sharing your beautiful house with us!

Pool in the backyard! So peaceful.

We love the Villages and especially Fenney. The pool in the back was perfect. The host was very communicative. Nice quiet neighborhood. Just a short golf cart drive to Fenney Grill.
