This property only offers beach access to the private 999 Lakeshore Beach for the number of occupants. This condo is not lakefront, the complex is lakefront. There is no Air Conditioning at the property. (Most properties in Incline do not have AC.)
The Hyatt complex next door, including the Lone Eagle Grill and Snack Bar, has been demolished and will be under construction through the summer of 2027. Completion dates are subject to change. The Hyatt pier is expected to remain open.
