Just what we needed

This was our second stay in the apartment. It is only 6 blocks from our niece’s house and an easy walk in a safe neighborhood. We were able to get water from a bodega just on the corner and we walked to Wong supermarket on Benavides. Taxis were easy to find. The doormen were polite and helpful. The kitchen in this apartment is very nice and well appointed. I was able to make three pies for our thanksgiving dinner. The water is abundant and plenty hot. The bed is comfortable and having two bathrooms is very convenient. Yeny, who checked us in, was helpful, especially when the wifi started to go wonky. If you want to be in the city, but not on top of all the traffic and noise of Larco and Miraflores, this is s good choice.

Comfortable and convenient.

After a week in the mountains where there was no heat and rarely tepid water, let alone hot, we were quite relieved to arrive back in Lima and finish our visit in this comfortable apartment. It is only about 6 blocks from my sister in law, Wong supermarket and the bioferia. Having a washer/dryer was very convenient. The water was good and hot, though the pressure fluctuated. There was some dampness in the farthest room, but a small heater helped with that. It was winter in Lima, you can’t get away from damp. The two big beds were very comfortable. The small one left some to be desired. The gas range is a cook’s delight. Five burners and a big oven. We cooked breakfast daily. A big fridge and plenty of herbs and spices make it a very nice kitchen. The apartment building is attended day and night and is in a quiet area. I reccomend it.

Great stay in Miraflores!!!

Great location. Supermarkets 5 blocks away from building. I'd recommend that you bring your own toilet paper and paper towels upon arrival. Otherwise very comfy apartment ideal for 4 or 5 people. Yenny is a very nice host. Thank you Dave we hope to comeback really soon.

Great space.

The apt and the area are beautiful. Safe and convineant to airport and other local sights. The owners are extremely sweet. The only recomendation would there should Be a list of local establishments such as the hospital the post office the nearest supermarket posted on the refrigerator so visitors don't need to ask the doorman, who seemed to not have a clue. A pamphlet with common arrractions would be helpful as well. Also inform your guests ahead of time to bring your toilet paper. We arrived pretty late and didn't know the apt was not stocked. Besides this it was a great stay.

Felt like home

First I wanna say is that I had a great time in Peru it is a wonderful country. the apartment was very spacious , clean and and fully stocked with every thing you need and has very cozy furniture. 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms perfect for my whole family .it has a great movie selection and incredible views No ac but just open the windows a little and the cool breeze flows threw the home and cools it instantly. I liked that the owner makes it easy for payment arrangements , you can't trust anybody these days . The place was an easy walk to the supermarket so we bought things to cook . It's pretty much close to everything in a car , overall the place was great and it felt like home And the owner is very nice and very accommodating . I would and have recommended it to every one and I am defiantly coming back .

new and fully equipped flat near Aurora part of Miraflores

Arriving in Lima, we stayed 6 weeks as a period of transition in this wonderfully equipped flat. It is like hitting the ground running and was a perfect start, near supermarket, small parks and 20' walk from the heart of Miraflores. We could stay comfortably with two children as a study was adapted as a third bedroom by the flexible owners. The building is brand new with as only small problem floating water pressure in the showers. The kitchen is fully equipped and the TV/wifi/dvd functioned smoothly. On clear days there is a seaview and sun floats in the appartment. Highly recommended!
