The pool can be heated upon request for a minimum of three days at $285, with additional days at $95/day. The pool heats to a maximum of 86°F. Performance may vary during colder months if overnight temperatures drop below 50°F.
âą Pets
Pets are welcome with prior approval. A $100 pet fee applies per pet. Please disclose the breed, size, and number of pets in advance. Pets must stay off furniture and be cleaned up after.
âą Parking
The home offers driveway parking for two vehicles. Street parking is not permitted. Please ensure all vehicles are parked in the driveway.
âą Quiet Hours
Per city ordinance, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Noise monitoring devices (volume only, no recordings) are installed indoors and outdoors to ensure compliance. Guests are responsible for any fines resulting from violations.
âą Guest Count
The number of guests must match the reservation. Unauthorized overnight guests may result in cancellation or additional charges. Please contact the host if your group size changes.
