Communication was excellent with both Scott and Marianne. The house is fantastic. We had 3 couples and a toddler. Everyone loved the size of the home, but the backyard is a dream! We also loved that the sliding door leading to the pool had a lock that was impossible for the toddler to reach.We will definitely be back.

This property has everything you could possibly need and more. Easy check in. Host was very attentive to what we needed. Very clean. Nice pool area, dog area. Loved the fact the master was on the other side of house from other three bedrooms. I can’t say enough good things about this house. It was just perfect. We will be staying here again

This property was family and pet friendly. The home was clean and spacious. It was well stocked and had everything we needed for the weekend. The garbage situation is inconvenient. It’s a short walk to the can in the alley but would be nuisance in stormy weather.

Beautiful home.

This home was as beautiful as depicted. It had everything needed to cook the few meals that we did. Everything is so organized from the remotes for all of the ceiling fans to the instructions for everything needed. We would have lived spending more time there but were in town to visit our daughter. This is a wonderful property.

Our Tempe Getaway

Wow. What a nice property and conveniently located to stores and ASU. It was perfect for our family and the swimming pool was wonderful. Would stay here again.

Pool is not heated, so if attending before May, know it’s chilly. We loved our stay overall!!! It was perfect for a big family. Cozy beds and a great yard for the dog!

Fantastic home in Tempe

This is really a super nice and comfortable home in a wonderful neighborhood in Tempe for our group (three friends visiting for Spring Training). Additionally the owners do a fantastic job at providing everything in the home you could possibly need for a comfortable stay and the communication was thoughtful and friendly.

Very well maintained property! It was just the right size for our annual Spring Training trip. Had everything we needed for the entire stay and more. Scott answered any question I had and with a quick response. Would absolutely stay here again.

Best VRBO Experience to date

This was just the NICEST property. Super clean and comfortable, every light switch labeled to make it easy to find everything, great house layout and space, and did I mention comfortable !! Nice decor and furniture, and plenty to space. Also a really excellent experience with the owner/manager, who would answer messages almost as quickly as I hit send. Loved this place and would be very happy to stay there again !!

Hello! We are Scott and Marianne Rottman. We have owned this home since 2015. When Scott was in high school, his best friend's family owned this home. When they retired, we had the opportunity to purchase it. Our friends who rented from us for 3 years moved out and we renovated it. We are from Reno but Tempe is a second home to us. We love being there and look forward to sharing our home with you.
