Five Spacious Bedrooms: Our home accommodates a variety of group sizes and preferences. It includes three full-size bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and a grand King Suite. The host was great at communication and the check-in went smoothly. The property is located close to attractions but the small town is rundown. The house itself was large enough for our family of 7 but needs a little TLC and deep cleaning. At the time of our stay the backyard was not usable due to rotten fruit on the ground and would have loved to let our granddaughter play back there.

We felt this property was a big disappointment! It was not clean or comfortable. Living room was very uncomfortable, vents were filthy as were walls, porch and floors. There were flies inside and no windows or doors were open. The driveway was not usable due a large concrete slab which would have damaged the car to drive over. The outside is in disrepair and the lawn was overgrown with weeds, trash was in the beds, cigarette butts were on the front porch. The basement was bordering on dangerous withe uneven concrete floors. The washer itself had a dirty agitator so we chose not to even use it. Remotes throughout the house didn't work.

Trip to Niagara

Ideally situated just a stone's throw away from Niagara Falls and all the surrounding attractions, this charming Victorian house is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood. It boasts plenty of rooms to accommodate plenty of guests comfortably. The kitchen has been beautifully renovated and is exceptionally well-stocked for all your cooking needs. We will definitely consider returning for another stay!

Good not Great

The property is as pictured. The location is close to the State Park and restaurants but the area is very run down. The street seemed to be one of the only nice places. The A/C is window units. When we stayed, it was 90 degrees several days and the units kept the place cool but they’re very loud. So loud that we could not sleep with them on, making sleep uncomfortable. The windows only have sheer shades and curtains, so at sunrise the bedrooms were very bright. Also there is a gas station across the street and at night when cars pull in and out, the front bedrooms would be illuminated by headlights. Sometimes for extended periods as people parked at the gas station and left their lights on. Investing in blackout curtains would really help with a more comfortable sleep. The beds were comfortable. I would describe the cleanliness as only surface level. There was a lot of dust and dirt around but the bathrooms and kitchen surfaces were clean. The place really needs a deep cleaning. Also the backyard and landscaping are in desperate need of attention. The living room furniture is small, uncomfortable and seems worn out. The 7 of us could not sit in the room together. We’re tall, the shortest adult being 5’9” and the tallest 6’5”. The bathroom downstairs was so narrow we could not sit on the toilet without being shoved into the shelves in front of it. The upstairs toilet is very small and low to the ground. Overall not a bad stay but improvements could be made.

Absolute pleasure

It was a wonderful stay in an amazing property. Tara is a superb host and was always reachable. The best part was the quick walk from the house to the Aquarium from where we could catch the shuttle to the Niagara park and back. Kids loved the stay and the game room was also great. Will surely recommend renting this placefor a great Niagara falls vacation.

Great home and location

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. We had plenty of space for our family of 8 and we never ran out of hot water, not even once! Our grandchildren loved the third floor game and tv room! We had everything we needed and appreciated how quickly the host responded to all of my questions including having dishwasher pods delivered to the door the very next day! The host recommendations for grocery shopping as well as the addresses was great. We also ate at Buzzy's Pizzeria on their recommendation. It was delicious and also didn't break the bank! Plus it had parking without a fee. I would highly recommend this home as it is so close to the Falls that you can walk if you choose.

Lovely Home Away From Home

This property turned out to be the perfect home for bringing together our extended family as we celebrated my mother’s 90th birthday. Every room was very comfortable and clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and our hosts were kind enough to put a new grill on the patio before we arrived. Even my uncles who live in the area were impressed with this hidden gem! Thank you, Tara and Jeff, for sharing it.

Charming, pretty,

First and foremost we had a a good stay. The kids liked the decor and the kitchen is updated. However there were , and dirty windows and backyard. There was also dust inside the drawers. The kitchen could use a few more practical items. Our biggest concern however was the neighbors who were on various substances in front of the house.

Charming home

This charming home is conveniently located near the falls. While there’s some room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and supplies like paper towels and garbage bags, we truly enjoyed our stay and had a fantastic experience, which definitely earns it a five-star rating. Victorian charm

We stayed over spring break during a cold spat in Niagara. Easy to get to the falls and to Canada. One could walk to the falls if they desired. The house was beautiful, clean and spacious enough for all 8 of our extended family. Game room on the top floor was a hit.

Love this place!

Super clean and spacious. The kids occupied themselves for hours in the game room attic while we cooked a great lasagna in the fully equipped kitchen. What a great vacation!

Niagara winter wonderland

Our family stayed here in January and had the BEST vacation. The home is over 100 years old but great modern updates while still keeping an authentic feel. The hosts were fantastic about answering any of our questions within hours (usually minutes!!). The game room was a huge hit with everyone in the family. Great location!! Perfect base home for exploring falls, Buffalo, and Canada. We had lots of snow fall when we arrived and within a few hours someone had come and shoveled the walk way to the house! Plenty of towels, kitchenware and all the home-y things we love about staying in vrbos!

Great spot for our trip

We spent two days at the house with a group of 10 from 3 different families. We were in the area to work at the Niagara Community Mission. The house was great for our purposes. The kids loved the attic space, and having it gave us plenty of space to spread out. There were plenty of dishes for our group. The property owners were very responsive to our questions. If we come back again, we’ll be looking to book here again! Thank you!!
