This beautifully furnished townhouse is located just one block from the beach and within walking distance of great restaurants, family activities, shopping, and nightlife. You are also right next to the community outdoor pool for a refreshing time and next to the bay for some beautiful water views.

This three-story beach charmer has plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the space. The main living area is located on the second floor with an open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Spread out comfortably in the air-conditioned living area and stream your favorite series on the smart TV with cable and streaming services. From here you can access one of the three balconies where you can enjoy the breeze and take in the canal views. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare tasty treats and homemade meals for everyone, and coffee enthusiasts will love the Keurig coffee maker!

The first floor of this retreat hosts one bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a TV while the third floor features three additional bedrooms and a stacked washer/dryer in the hall. All three bedrooms feature smart TVs, however, only two of them enjoy private balconies. Additional perks include board games, free high-speed WiFi, and an outdoor shower.

TEAP (Trespass Enforcement Authorization Program) signs have been installed throughout this community. This provides the Broad Marsh community and Marina extended police protection by authorizing the police department to enforce, at their discretion, trespassing laws, and to enter or remain upon the premises.
The discharge of all fireworks/pyrotechnics, including ground based sparklers sold/allowed in neighboring states/counties is prohibited in the Town of Ocean City. Only small handheld sparklers are permitted to be used with competent, adult supervision.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
