750 Acres of a Private Ranch Paradise For You!

This is a one of kind unique mountain lodge retreat. The amenities of this upscale property are abundant. The lodge has 5 and 1/2 bathrooms. An indoor/outdoor gas fireplace share the same wall in the great room that leads to the deck. A large kitchen is ready for any function. An in ground hot tub that would resemble a small pool is located off the back deck. A water feature adds to the wonderful sounds of nature. All wheel drive are needed for winter months.

This is a one of a kind mountain lodge retreat like no other. It is not often that you can find a home like this with your own 750 acres of private hiking and fishing with all the amenities of this upscale property. Whether you are a large group or just like a large house this mountain ranch has something for everyone. The home has 6 bedrooms that have spots for up to 14 or more, king beds to queen beds to twins and day beds, there is room for all ages. There is also a 7th bedroom which is not a legal one so it is not counted as one. The lodge has 5 and 1/2 bathrooms. An indoor/outdoor gas fireplace share the same wall in the great room that leads to the deck. A large modern kitchen is ready for any function and is well equipped. If you are ready for a grill-off or just want to grill outdoors, two twin gas grills are ready for your use on the deck. An in ground hot tub that would resemble a small pool is located off the back deck. A water feature adds to the wonderful sounds of nature. For added fun you can play a game on the bocci ball court or throw some horse shoes. There is a game room in the barn that has a pool table, foosball, pop- a- shot and air hockey. The owners of this property also own the ranch next door which can be added if you need more space. It sleeps 8 more. This property is within 1/2 mile of the lodge and it is all on private land. We plow the road but you will need an all wheel drive vehicle in the winter months.

This ranch is an amazing place with things to do that you would never find at a normal vacation rental. 5 ponds with natural water rolling threw the ranch. Each property has its own exclusive pond which are stocked with fish. There is also 1 other common pond stocked and 2 others ponds that are not. Wildlife can be found everywhere and its hard to not see deer and elk enjoying the ranch. We have are own hiking trails on the ranch which are open threw out the 750 acres. Also national forest access is very near by with more hiking and exploring opportunities.

I am around during the work week and occasional on weekends.

The National Forest is nearby and hiking, rafting, tubing, skiing, horseback ridding, and much more.

Before your arrival, we`ll send you a DocuSign agreement that everyone in your group must complete. This is a dual liability and occupancy agreement that must be signed by all parties, with legal guardians signing for those under 18.

Registered guest are the only people allowed on properties . Anyone who is that is found on property without being register guest will be be prosecuted as a trespasser.

Children must be supervised in and around all bodies of water this includes hot tubs, ponds and creeks. No lifeguards are on duty. You assume all known and unknown hazards of water activities.

In the fall in winter you must have a all wheel drive vehicle to access the ranch.

There are extra fees for extra guest or renting both properties together.
