Notable stone fly and caddis hatches create an angler's paradise, while the stunning array of wildlife, from eagles to river otters, ensures a nature enthusiast's dream. Your perfect retreat awaits in this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom single family home located right on the Eagle River. Nestled on a quiet cul de sac street with parking available for a raft or an ATV this home has it all. A fenced backyard, private hot tub, walk out river access for fishing or paddle boarding and close proximity to 4x4 and OHV access awaits. About 35 minutes to Vail and Beaver Creek Resorts and 30 minutes to Glenwood Springs. We look forward to hosting you!

We had a great stay here while visiting my family in town. There was plenty of space for my daughter and I, my parents and grandparents. The view out the back the first morning there was incredible and we spent a lot of time outside by the river and in the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at a beautiful house on the river. The hosts were very welcoming and it was perfect for 2 families plus grandma. I would highly recommend staying there and would definitely stay there again!

We came to the Glenwood Springs area with our boys for Spring Break 2025. The house is very well equipped with all the amenities a family would look for. There was plenty of space for our family of 6! We enjoyed the hot tub and the river view. Gordon and his team are very informative about local activities and their communication during the stay was awesome. I would absolutely book this home again.

We had a fantastic time at the Riverfront Home! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location is fantastic. Our host, Gordon and his team, were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. We especially appreciated the extra touch of having plenty of coffee available and the welcome bottle of wine. Must mention that seeing the wildlife, including 2 bear sightings was incredible. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, family-friendly and relaxing place to stay.Thank you for a great experience!
