Located in the heart of Bountiful just a little north of Salt Lake City, this charming bungalow is just minutes away from a variety of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. And with easy access to nearby hiking and biking trails, ski resorts, the Great Salt Lake, waterfalls, and freshwater mountain lakes, there's plenty to keep you busy during your stay.


Need a quiet place to work remote while exploring the beautiful state of Utah? Make our home your home base. Only 15 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City, 15 minutes to the airport, 45 minutes to Park City, or a leisurely stroll to downtown Bountiful, you'll feel connected to all the great things this area has to offer.


As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room is furnished with two comfy couches and a flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the nearby trails. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Enjoy your meals on the solid wood table in the dining room, or head out back to the sun room and enjoy dinner while the sun sets.


The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable, featuring plush bedding and plenty of closet space for your belongings.

The house was fully equipped, and it had everything I needed. It was a work trip for me, and I really appreciated the office desk in the main area of the house. Perfectly climatized, I never had to make any adjustments to the central air conditioning. I had a couple questions and Jarek got back to me right away. I enjoyed my stay very much!

Cute house, good location

My husband and I stayed for almost a week. The location was great. The Main Street area was really cute and loved the ice cream shop down there. The house had a great setup. It was clean and had plenty of room to relax. It is on a main road, but the driveway made parking a nonissue. We loved that we were able to bring our pup with us. There was only one small issue with the shower head in the main bathroom. It was quickly resolved with no problems after that. Communication with the homeowners was easy. We were able to get ahold of them quickly when needed. They are super sweet people. We will definitely stay here again if/when we find ourselves in the area! Thanks you again!

Much needed rest

This property was a perfect end to our trip to Utah. Spent the first 4 days in the desert near Moab going to national parks, hiking many trails, and camping under the stars. Arrived at the property with no issues and was able to settle in easily with the comfort provided. Was able to host family and friends from the city and enjoy time together without worry. Will recommend this property to anyone I know traveling to the area

Graduation and beyond

Our stay was amazing. This property is absolute perfection. We were here for our son’s graduation from the University of Utah and had to move him to Nevada for both his new job and part time law student at UNLV. We had to extend our stay and Jarek had no issue with it and made us feel so relieved that we could stay longer. He was great with communicating whenever we had any questions. We would love to stay at this property again.

Wonderful Home

When I hear the word "cozy" I always think that's a nice way to say that its a small home. This is definitely not the case. The home was spacious! I loved having privacy down stairs but still being able to have a big enough area upstairs were we could hang out. There were amenities that I was not expecting, for example my room down stairs that provided female sanitary products as well as full shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash (not the cheap kind). The instructions were perfectly clear on how the home was expected to be left. The outside covered patio area was perfect! We spent a good amount of time out there unwinding in between activities. Overall this is a home I would definitly come back to.

Great little house

I stayed here as it is close to both of my sons and granddaughters. The house is safe, well lit, and very comfortable. I will be staying here. BONUS the most beautiful HUGE old tree in the backyard with a swing! Easy to find look for the teal mailbox

Comfy house with plenty of space

Two bedrooms, two full baths, a nice kitchen, big living room, and even laundry, this house was perfect for our trip. Slept 4 perfectly, but could have slept even more in the living room. Was very clean, in good shape, and was a reasonable price! Would definitely rent again

We came to town for Rootstech family history conference in SLC. This was cute out of the mainstream city noise. Easy to get where we wanted. Near the Bountiful Temple. Lots of amenities and laundry room. It met our needs and the host was easy to to interact with

Enjoyable stay at Bountiful Bungalow

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bountiful Bungalow! We were in the area to visit family and found the Bungalow to be a perfect location, very clean, well equipped kitchen, and very comfortable. Jarek made check-in very easy and was a very good communicator about the rental. It was great to be able to walk to downtown Bountiful. We enjoyed the local coffee shop, ice cream shop, and bakery. The rental is within a few miles of many restaurants and stores. We would stay here again!

Cozy bungalow

We loved staying at this bungalow in Bountiful. The home was warm and inviting. Meeting for a sisters weekend, we sat around and talked and caught up with each other. This house was perfect for that with many couches and areas of seating. We loved the backyard and sat outside and swung on the swing. What a great place to relax and enjoy!

Bountiful Bungalow

Stayed here for 3 nights with family for a quick trip to SLC. House was perfect. Nicely furnished and decorated. Beds were comfortable and everything we needed for our stay was provided. Locked ourselves out of the house within the first 1/2 hour of arrival. Messaged the owner and he had a locksmith on the way. Host was super responsive which was most appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and place

It was a great property. right on a pretty busy street but not a big deal. house stayed pretty quite inside. the only negative was the grass was very dead with lots of pokies and our doodle was unable to walk on the grass because he kept getting pokies in his paws. was a big part of renting this property was to have a place for our dog to run. but it worked out and we really did enjoy the house and layout quite a bit.
