Charming cottage home nestled in the safest and most peaceful suburb of Salt Lake City. Our home boasts new designer furniture and decor and includes 2 bedrooms - one with a cozy king bed and the other with a fun bunk bed. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer for your convenience. With amenities like WiFi, a washing machine, and heating, guests will feel right at home. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.

Our home is within walking distance of local eateries, 15 minute drive to Salt Lake and a short distance from world class ski resorts.

We have stayed at this lovely home on two different occasions. It is perfectly located adjacent to Bountiful town center in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is the perfect rental for a couple or small family looking for a home away from home. Highly recommend.

The house was so clean and charming. The hostess was amazing! She had a sweet bread delivered upon our arrival. The neighborhood is adorable and conveniently located to walk downtown. I’ll be back!

Home away from home

We enjoyed a week stay. The surrounding neighborhood in Bountiful was delightful. The property provided a quiet comfortable place where we could rest, prepare meals and spend time visiting with family. Exceeded our expectations.

We enjoyed staying at this house. It is an older house with lots of personality. It has great decor fitting for a house of this age. It has a large back yard, nicely maintained, with patios and play equipment for summertime. It was impeccably clean, and updated. The hostess thought of everything we might need, and quickly responded to any request we might have. The king bed was very comfortable. My husband is a side sleeper and I seep on my back. Neither one of us had any complaints. The house is in a perfect location, close to Main Street, Bountiful, across from a church and a public park. The house is very quiet inside. We never heard any outside noises. The terrain is flat and good for morning walks. A delicious loaf of sweet bread was delivered from a nearby pastry shop and placed on our doorstep, which was a pleasant surprise. It has a piano, as well, for anyone that plays. We fell in love with the house and felt like it was "home". We would stay here again, if the need ever arises. It is so much better to stay in a nice house like this that you can cook in, rather than a hotel.

I have family in Bountiful and SLC the location was perfect for both families. The house was a great space for family gatherings. My grandchildren loved the back yard and playing in the children’s room. It is a wonderful area for children and a block from main st. With great food options.

Bountiful is my hometown which is why I keep this cute cottage. It is close to the people I love. I have always wanted to host a nightly rental and love to make it cozy for my guests.

One block from historic Main Street Bountiful with cute little shops and eateries. In Yet the summer months, there’s a farmers market right across the street every Thursday night.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Built in 1936, The home was built as a honeymoon cottage for the daughter of the owner of the Bountiful lumber. Once upon a time, the basement was used as a doctors office while the doctor and his family lived upstairs. The old tabernacle across the street has one of the oldest chapels in Utah. The rest of the building and classrooms were built later.
