Haili'i Kai 10B is a premier ocean view property inviting you to start your vacation mornings with a cup of Kona coffee on your lanai overlooking fabulous ocean and golf course views. This condo is ideally located a short walking distance from the Hali'i Kai Ocean Club which offers an ocean side pool, hot tub, bar and restaurant all for your enjoyment. Enjoy running your toes through the sand floor of the hot tub and then relaxing next to the pool with a Mai Tai. This condo is also located less than ten minutes from A Bay Beach and less than 20 minutes from the beautiful, popular Hapuna Beach. After a fun filled day relax with a drink and enjoy beautiful, colorful ocean sunsets from the comfort of your lanai.
Within the comfort of your condo enjoy ocean views from the primary bedroom and the new expansive aqua blue couch in the living area. The interior is adorned with tile flooring, tropical brown granite countertops, tiled showers, and modern stainless steel kitchen appliances. The kitchen is very well appointed with the appliances and cookware you need. The condo is decorated with striking local pictures from the Big Island. The condo is cooled with central air conditioning and numerous ceiling fans including one on the lanai.
This condo is on the ground floor for easy access. You will enjoy the lush green lawn off the lanai overlooking signature hole #6 of the Waikoloa Golf Club- Beach Course. The ground floor provides you with easy walking access from your lanai to the Ocean Club through a greenway including flowering tropical plants, with ocean and golf course views. During the whale season, the humpback whales put on an incredible show with amazing views from the Ocean Club pool, restaurant and bar area. They can also be seen from your lanai.
The condo has two bedrooms with two full bathrooms and comfortably sleeps four. The second bedroom can be configured either as two extra-long twin beds or converted into a comfortable king-size bed. The bathroom in the primary bedroom is en-suite and the second bedroom can be connected to the second bathroom with a tropical privacy curtain providing an en-suite effect. The bathroom in the primary has a large shower and the second bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
