Belle maison de plage 5 BR / 4 BA à seulement 150 mètres d'une plage surveillée avec piscine privée, grands balcons / terrasses, meubles de patio / piscine, 10 chaises de plage, vélos, grille à gaz, (8) balises de plage incluses. Le rez-de-chaussée comprend une salle familiale de style ouvert avec cuisine et salle à manger. Au 2e étage, le salon principal comprend une télévision plasma HD de 42 pi avec un son surround de cinéma et la technologie multimédia Crestron dans toute la maison, y compris un son stéréo sur le balcon avant. Cuisine entièrement équipée et deux salles de lavage (1er et 2e étages). Le salon au 3ème étage comprend des lits superposés, un canapé, des chaises et une télévision. La suite parentale comprend une télévision plasma HD de 36 'avec son surround et une grande salle de bain principale avec baignoire et grande douche.

Les chambres au 1er étage comprennent deux lits queen et deux lits jumeaux. Chambres au 2e étage ont chacune un lit Queen.

Deux balcons / terrasses avant (2e et 3e étage) et un balcon à côté de la chambre principale à l'arrière.

Garage deux voitures et stationnement supplémentaire sur allée, deux foyers au gaz, double vasque dans chaque salle de bain complète.

La maison est idéalement située à 5-10 minutes des casinos et de la promenade AC pour des divertissements de jour comme de nuit. Great Vacation!

This was a great vacation for our group of 3 families. The house was clean, spacious and full of amenities, with an easy, short walk to the beach. As this was our first time in Brigantine, the hosts provided plenty of info on the area and were easy to communicate with when needed. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beach House Brigantine

Location was great! A short block to the beach. Although the pool was small it was a great addition. The kids often took a dip before and after the beach. Was in walking distance to lots of stores and restaurants.

Stayed with 15 family members from 3 to 77. Everyone had a great time. The house exceeded our expectations. The photos dont do it justice. The rooms are large and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing. The bunk room was a big hit for the kids. Lots of beach chairs and a big cart to haul them.

Amazing!

The house was perfect for our large family. The kids enjoyed the pool and their own space on the third floor. The short walk to the beach was so convenient. I can't say enough about how amazing the house was, and how accommodating the owners were. They are genuinely nice people. We had beautiful weather and a wonderful time.

Great Beach Week

We walked into a house that was incredibly clean and accommodated our family of 15 adults and kids easily. The large bunk room and play area combo was a hit for the kids. The main floor was plenty big with a kitchen and several sitting areas. The outdoor patios worked great and the pool was a hit with the kids. There were no material issues all week. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Complete convince

The following day after our daughters wedding, we looked for the perfect retreat to both celebrate this special occasion and unwind from the journey we’d all taken to get to this day. This property served as the perfect solution for the group. The amenities are many and we enjoyed the property to the maximum. We hope to use it again soon if possible.

Great, but no linens

Some of my family stayed here during our family reunion. The house is great, but be aware that NO linens are provided - no sheets, no towels, no blankets. I did not see this when I reserved, and had to scramble to provide all of these items for my guests.

Great house for family thanksgiving

The property was as advertised. Plenty of room for the whole family. Accommodations were fine with laundry, rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, etc. the house was clean, and well appointed. Owner requires you to bring linens and towels. The one concern we had was minor - the television in the main room was small, and restrictions on its use rendered us unable to use PlayStation for entertainment.

Great House/Great Location!

My family & extended family (8 adults & 4 kids) stayed at this home. It was our first time visiting Brigantine Beach & we loved it! The house was so spacious and better than the pictures portrayed! There was plenty of room for everyone and the walk to the beach was so easy, even with children! There was also lots of beach accessories available in the garage for use. We really appreciated the wagon! The pool area was great as well with a table and lounge chairs to use. Overall, a very great experience and we'll definitely be back again! The only thing that was difficult was having to provide the bedsheets...our family only has queen sheets at home, so we had to buy king and twins sheets for the trip. But again, overall, such a good vacation home!

The Perfect Beach House

We’ve taken beach vacations in Ocean City NJ for nearly 20 years running but recently our family has grown dramatically. We’ve had a hard time finding an affordable house that we can all fit in without killing one another. When we decided to try this house in Brigantine we were all a little skeptical that it could match our Ocean City tradition. Wow were we wrong! The house is fantastic. Large enough for everyone to breath yet great for gathering. Every thing we needed was there. Parking was readily available for our 5 vehicles. The beach is steps away and we simply loved it. When it got a tad crowded the pool was a great escape for kids and grownups alike. There was ample beach equipment so that lessened the stuff to take . In the past when we had infants to young to stay long a beach they had to sit back and watch tv or some other diversion. The pool allowed for them to enjoy themselves if they had to leave beach. The owners were great in communication and provided all we needed. I would highly recommend this home if you have a large clan!!! Hope to rent it again next summer.

Amazing getaway

The photos don’t do this place justice because my first thought when we opened the door is wow! It’s an amazing place with plenty of space. One block away from the beach was so amazing. The area was so nice and plenty of things to do there. Would highly recommend!

Ideal house and experience

House was immaculate and perfectly located. Communications by the host were timely and detailed. Check in was made easy and straightforward. Host left detailed directions for entry and exit protocols and left recommendations on food and other amenities close by. The house is spacious but still social with a great kitchen/open living room which made the gathering all the more enjoyable. Highly recommend this property and host. Thanks
