This multi-level townhome blends cozy mountain charm with functional layout and thoughtful updates. After a day outdoors, unwind in the community hot tub or take in the summer sun by the seasonal pool.

This townhouse has a great layout for a family that needs four bedrooms. But, we won’t be staying there again because every bed was so squeaky. You couldn’t move an inch without worrying of waking up the other person in the room.! get some new bed frames and this is a great place to stay. Beware, the check-in happens at the office and not at the door of your unit and those instructions didn’t come until one minute until 4 PM when we were standing outside with no Wi-Fi connection so it was very confusing. That could’ve been communicated to us earlier and we would’ve gone right to the office. A little map with directions of how to walk to the base of the ski area, would be helpful. Some of us got right there in 10 minutes, but some couldn’t figure it out and took a half hour.!

January Ski Trip

We loved the property location and room/bed layout. The hot tubs were nice and the house had almost everything we needed. To future renters: there was a blender, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, and a nice selection of spices. Carpets do need to be cleaned and they need to put new humidifiers in the unit.The shuttle to the mountain is super convenient and we loved having a Washer/dryer.owners

Wonderful Holiday Stay

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property in a beautiful location in Steamboat. The unit is well furnished and well equipped with recently redone kitchen and bathrooms. Easy process with check in and the custom shuttle came in really handy. Our only complaint would be that there are many stairs with 6 levels which made having young kids (we had a 2yr old and 8mth old) treacherous. It is also not walking distance to the mountain but the custom shuttle made getting to the slopes super easy. We used the hot tubs everyday which were hot and clean. We would love to return someday.
