True beach style condo with beautifully kept grounds including live oak trees, an inground pool, and grilling area. The complex is located across the street from the beach on the famous SHORE DRIVE. Close to restaurant row, groceries, Tanger Outlet, go-kart track, put-put and more! The unit has a queen bed in each bedroom and a pull out sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to make a meal. We offer flat screen TVs with cable in each room and 2 of them have streaming capabilities. We provide beach towels, bath towels and sheets for your convenience, along with a starter pack of toiletries.

Please note:
-The unit is managed off-site; therefore, all linens will need to stay in the unit. There will be no mid-stay housekeeping. If you would like housekeeping during your stay, that can be arranged for an extra fee.
- We provide a starter pack of toiletries only, and at least one set of towels per guest but you may want to pack extras.
-We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as community pool, hot tub, weather, your travel plans, illness, utility outages, etc.
-If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive later, or cancel your stay.
-One parking pass is included with your rental.
