The unit was super clean with a perfect view of the intercoastal waterway and located directly across from the indoor pool. It was a quiet neighborhood but still close to all stores and restaurants.

The property was as advertised. Nice middle road apartment. Not much to do in the complex, and the golf course around the complex is closed. So, having a car to go to travel around is a must, Communication with the property rep was a little slower than expected.

We have stayed here before last year. It is a great place with a great location. We enjoyed looking at the intracoastal waterway and the boats/ships that went by. We have family that stay in the same complex so it was nice for us to be so close.

Great Central Location

We had a great stay in this property. It is central to just about everything in the area and provides easy access to routes that avoid 501 traffic. We would certainly stay again!

Great spot central to a lot of the middle of Myrtle Beach. The view is beautiful. This is a nice condo that was built a while back. Beds were way on the cheep side and not very comfortable. The living room furniture was not premium either. Hard cushions, and scratchy fabric. Bed coverings were basic as well. I know this is a rental, but at 250 a night, it seems reasonable to consider upgrade from cheapest everything, Cheep single ply tp, cheapest paper towels. No shower product. Would I stay here again, yes, but I would lower my expectation. I was on a golf trip, it was functional for sleeping, but not for a family hub for an extended vacation. My wife would have been disappointed.

The condo was clean as was the complex. The furniture and beds were a bit older, but fine if you are just using the place as a base for visiting the area.

Long Weekend visiting our daughter at Coastal Carolina

Very nice property. Easy process and easy communication before and during our stay. Nice pool and balcony overlooking the water way. Not too far from the beach, Coastal Carolina and Broadway at the Beach. Place was very cozy and clean.
