Ideal location in Laguna Beach Village, with a 5 minute walk to the beach, park, art galleries, trolly, shopping and world-class restaurants. Delight in the private retreat of this tranquil cottage, which opens up to charming patio with views of the ocean and a lovely ocean breeze.
You will absolutely love this relaxed, comfortable family-friendly beach home. Enjoy dinners out on the patio, or lounge there to read a book. Gather around the kitchen peninsula and cook up an Al fresco dinner in the fully appointed kitchen or throw some swordfish steaks on the outdoor barbecue. Or perhaps you would like to spend a lazy evening at home and lounge in the living room, kick your feet up and watch movies on the big screen TV with your Roku.
Beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels are provided for you to enjoy your sun-filled days at the beach and after a day at the beach, refresh in the wonderful heated outdoor shower (a real joy!).
This cottage also has off-street parking for two cars (a rarity in Laguna).

This neighborhood has everything Laguna Beach has to offer. Views, walkability and proximity to beach and downtown. Its quiet, family friendly neighborhood is walking distance to everything we need - restaurants, shopping, entertainment, park and beach. Neighbors are friendly and happy, and always ready to chat.
Summer time concerts at Bluebird park are fun. Bring a beach chair and a picnic and dance to the fun live music every Sunday in the summer.
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
This little 900 square foot cottage packs a big punch. It feels very roomy, and the space is very efficient. It is situated on a quiet street with very little thru traffic. The cottage sits on a corner lot, so it feels more private with more room around it. The best feature of the house is the patio, which the cottage wraps around. Even though the cottage looks understated from the street, you will be surprised at how open to the ocean it is and how private the patio feels. We love that we do not need air-conditioning because of the design of the cottage, the ocean breeze amply cools the cottage throughout the summer. On a rare occasion on a very still night, you may need a fan, which we supply.
This is a comfortable and familiar feeling space, and not fussy at all. Furniture is durable and comfortable and you can put your feet up on the coffee table!
