Villa Teatro
Characterized by its eclectic, artistic design, this luxury villa offers a performing arts theme. The Villa Teatro is one story above the Villa Rustico—making these two villas a perfect combination for larger groups.
With its sweeping views of the Laguna coastline seen from an intimate rooftop patio, you can entertain your guests on your private outdoor dining table overlooking the ocean. This luxury villa is uniquely located right above our main patio, giving it a sense of privacy while still promising spectacular views. Flat-screen TVs and a sleeper sofa are also included for your comfort.

This Villa requires the use of stairs to access. If you need a room or rental accessible without stairs, 14 West Hotel room 51-76 in the south building and villa Rustico and D'Stella at the Retrest have no stairs.
Pets are subject to the owners' approval, and additional fees may apply. Please provide the pet's age, weight, and breed, and we will let you know if approved and additional pet fees when applicable. If your pet is approved, it cannot be left unattended in the unit.
No Cats Allowed

Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500. If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.

A $45 Parking Fee plus taxes per night/per vehicle will be collected at time of check in.

Rentspree Application required for reservations of 28 nights or more and be approved based on the report by the owner.

Additional Rules: No parties, No DJs, No guests allowed that are not on the reservation without written permission. Violators would be made to leave with no refund.

Beautiful location, just steps from the beach

This is a beautiful location, just steps from the beach. The Villa was immaculate and communication from the hosts were excellent. Lots to do in walking distance would highly recommend and will definitely rent in the future.

Wonderful, quaint condo and area

This was a wonderful, quaint condo and area. The location is great- walkable to a grocery store, restaurants and the hotel where you check in, have continental breakfast, swim/game room, and coffee. The condo has a couch bed, twin blow up mattress and toiletries. Having never been to this area of California, the foliage was spectacular- very beautiful! The only caution I would have is there are steep steps to get down to the ocean nearby and the parking is also very tight. I would imagine some vehicles could not fit in the parking area. Overall, incredible stay, so memorable…loved the retreat condos/area!

Walking distance to everything in Laguna Beach

Nestled in the hills overlooking the vast Pacific Ocean is this gem of an apartment — great views and a perfect location. There is a Ralph's Supermarket 2 blocks away (across the Pacific Coast Highway) and the Orange Inn, which is an amazing breakfast / lunch spot, right around the corner. This property is in walking distance to everything in Laguna Beach — all the shops, restaurants, and bars. The beach is easily accessible, and everything felt very safe. Parking was snug, so bring a compact car. And free breakfast is provided at the check-in location across the street — free use of the pool there, as well. It is as advertised. Great place — 10 stars!

Beautiful views! Would totally stay here again

Loved our stay. Very close walk to food and the beach. Was worried about the narrow staircase up to the place and down to the beach but our 4 and 6 year olds were champs! Beautiful views! Would totally stay here again when in Laguna Beach.

John, the manager on duty assisted us with our luggage and was very professional.. The gas barbecue tank was empty and they went to the store to replace. Having a walk-in shower versus a tub is very necessary. Location, location, location, perfect

Cute , very clean and cozy beach cabin with a beautiful view. It was relaxing hearing the waves at night and being back where I used to live. Perfect location!! You can easily grab coffee and breakfast on the corner and walk over to Ralph's if you need to stock the kitchen. I can only say wonderful things about the place and our stay there. Definitely worth visiting! We'll be back!

Villa well maintained

The property was not perfect but it worked for us very well. Description was accurate, the villa was maintained quite well for being right on the ocean, and check-in was simple. It's hard to beat these villa's for location and everyone we dealt with was very nice. This was our third stay at The Retreat and we hope to stay there again soon.

Easy beach access and walking distance to all you would need. Outside patio was great to have and watch the ocean. Hosts are very nice and accommodating and response time is fabulous! Great place for 2 people even though it sleeps four. Parking is right outside your door but it's very tight and hard to get in and out. I would definitely come back! We had a great time

Our stay was pure bliss. Sit on the patio and view the ocean. Community patio with nice view. Stairs go right down to Cleo Beach. Taco shop and breakfast spot very close by. Quiet and peaceful.

The location was perfect; a few steps from the beach

Came to stay for a few days and everything was clean and as shown in the pictures. The location was perfect, a quick 5-10 minute walk into downtown and just a few steps from the beach! The views were incredible! Everything was well communicated throughout our stay. Would recommend!

Comfortable and clean, excellent location

The townhouse was exactly what we were looking for. It was comfortable and clean. The location is excellent as you are a short walk away from all of the restaurants and art galleries. The beach is a three minute walk down the street. We are already planning our next visit and plan to stay at the same place! Highly recommended!!!

Excellent location and view, comfortable bed

The location and view from this unit made it stand out. The restaurants, beach, shops were all so accessible by walking, and I loved how the unit had two bathrooms and full kitchen. Bed was also so comfortable. Place felt a bit snug and dark, but had everything that anyone needs. Will be back another time.
