Pros: I very much enjoyed the location. It is walkable to just about everything you could possibly want to do in the area, including but not limited to: a nice beach with volleyball nets, many shops, MANY fine art galleries, food spots, dessert spots, walking trails, and more. The location feels generally very safe and although the parking was a bit tough to locate, no issues at all once I knew where to pull in. The check-in was well explained and very straightforward, simple to check out as well. There is a TV everywhere you would want one. Great property overall.Cons: The laundry is a separate unit that (I can only assume) is shared amongst the residents. There is an access code however, so no outside people have access to it. Also, for the cleaning fee to be as hefty as it is, underneath the stove is FILTHY. I dropped something under there & had to reach to get it out, to be met with an unimaginable amount of dust, crumbs, and filth from what I can only assume to be years worth of neglect. This alone should constitute at least a partial refund of the cleaning fee but Iâm not one to make a fuss about things like this. I actually poked my hand with a crumb or who-knows-what trying to reach what I dropped and it drew blood. Also, while I do appreciate the attempt at bug control with the multiple ant traps around the inside of the premises, they werenât enough. There were ants crawling throughout the kitchen, bathroom, and both bedrooms. I hope all of this will be addressed.
