This beautiful villa with swimming pool and jacuzzi is located next to the beach of Cas Abao. The resort with a secure gate is centrally located on the island and is therefore a good distance from all attractions. The house is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 8 people.

The holiday home has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, a kitchen and a front and back garden with jacuzzi and private swimming pool. All bedrooms are equipped with a double bed. Optionally, two separate single beds are available.

Fantastic, highly recommend

Spacious property in an absolutely beautiful spot. Views from poolside were fantastic. Lovely breezes and sunsets. Plenty of space for my family and a great pool to cool off.the property is private and the neighborhood very quiet. Close to many great beaches. We had a great stay!

Great place for relaxing

Beautiful views and centrally located to the beaches and other attractions. Clean and comfortable with a great vibe for just chilled with the family. Gated community is very safe anytime of day. Small suggestion for the host, provide a few more towels and linens. Vacuum and a few more cleaning supplies would make it perfect as we like to leave a place the way we found it. Successful family vacation

During our stay we were two families with children under 1 year old and our stay was fantastic. positive points: - Lots of space and wonderful view - The neighborhood and its proximity to the magnificent cas abou beach - Baby equipment available (Park and high chair) - The kindness and availability of the hosts Negative points - Several kitchen and cleaning equipment are missing - The trees in the parking lot scratched our car (200$USD) - We have to pay for electricity in cash (210&USD for 7 days) The positives outweigh by far the negatives. We recommend :)

Curaçao Getaway

Our 5 days in Curaçao were focused on snorkeling and beaches. The house in Cas Abou was well located to our 3 favorites - Playa Porto Marie, Cas Abou beach, and Playa Piskado. The house was amazing. Modern, clean, airy, quiet, luxurious. We loved the pool. Ramon, who was our host was gracious and helpful. Definitely rent this place if you want a quiet local stay instead of a crowded resort. One bit of advice though - there’s not many restaurants nearby so either get groceries and cook or make reservations in advance at Eetcafe de Buurvrouw (15 minute drive)

Spectacular Views

The ocean views from this house are beautiful. The snorkling and beaches were great on the island. Make sure you go to Shete Boka national park. The house is in a lovely, safe community. The house was airy and spacious for our party of 5 adults. The property manager was polite and accomodating. Unfortunately the island lost power twice and that resulted in the house loosing wifi and the pool going green. Additionally some basic kitchen items were lacking and I trust the owners will heed our suggestions and purchase them. Renters must also pay for electricity separately when they leave which was new to us. Maybe we missed it on the VRBO site.

In desparate need of upgrades

List of more than 50 items missing, in disrepair, not working or not cleaned. Have pictures and video to detail. View is great but does not make up for the actual amenity deficiencies. Host has a very different idea of what Luxury means than my group did. 11 day reservation, we left after 3 days for another rental that did provide all of the items noted as deficient. New rental was 5 minutes away.

Dear guest, We are very disappointed that you are not satisfied with your stay in the villa. Of course, we are always open to improvements. However, this is the first time that we have received a bad review about the villa from the countless guests we have already received. Everyone has always been positive about the quality and hospitality that we provide and this is reflected in all reviews on various platforms. I had rented this property for 7 days and only stayed one night! Didn't even want to stay that night. Had two bathrooms, but neither of them were fully functional. The shared bathroom , the shower would not drain, in the master the toilet did not work. The 2 smaller bedrooms had box springs with no mattress on them, just a very thin layer of some kind of padding. You could literally feel the metal just by putting your hand on the bed. The host said they were a regular mattress and no one has complained about them before. The beds had a fitted and flat sheet only on the beds. When we pulled the sheet off one of the beds there were pee and other stains on the box spring. There were big and little cockroachs all over in the kitchen. The stove top was covered with little ants. There were mice running around. The host said he was unaware that there were mice there, yet there were mice traps (someone was aware)! There was only air conditioning in the bedrooms. The host sent me a PDF 2 days before arriving that you could only use so much electricity per day. And only to use the air conditioning at night. The pool had a bunch of leaves and dead bugs in it. The host also contacted me through my personal email. I have never had that happen with a Vrbo before. When i talked to the host on the phone he pretty much dismissed the bugs and mice. He wouldn't do anything about the mattress. Only offered to have someone come fix the shower. Also wouldn't refund any money back to me.

Could be nice.....

The best part of this property is that it is a quiet gated community. The house needs a lot of updates including fresh paint, new linens, mattreses and curtains, updated kitchen appliances and cooking essentials (there were none), and new outdoor furniture just to name a few. There wasn't even toilet paper. It seemed like everything was in disrepair. The pool ended up green towards the end of the week. We were told to give a cash deposit of $250 for electricity upon arrival and the unused balance would be returned. Ramon was there to collect deposit. The day we were leaving Ramon was not there and instructed us to take a picture of the meter to show the electric usage. He said he would send the balance due, we had a plane to catch so ok. Evidently, the meter had been changed out sometime during our stay by the electric company. The meter showed $150 of usage. After several attempts to try to settle this matter, Ramon stopped communication and decided he was keeping the entire balance even though he could not document when the meter was changed out (we suggested pro rating to be fair, but he said he could not provide any info from the electric company). Overall, this community has many other beautiful properties if you're looking for a quiet, out of the tourist area. Cas abou beach was beautiful.
