Guests enjoy a private 425 sq. foot, 1 bedroom detached mother-in-law suite with a full bathroom, living room, and kitchenette...

The cozy bedroom has a queen size bed, a desk area, and a closet.

The living room has a couch, & a Roku TV with complimentary access to a 'Guest' Netflix profile and a USB flash drive full of movies

The bathroom has a sit-in shower and a supply of fresh bath linens and toiletries.

The kitchenette provides an eating table for 2, K-cup coffee machine, toaster oven, fridge, hotplate and microwave. Complimentary coffee and tea is available, as well as some savory and sweet snacks.

Loved everything about it, just had trouble getting the heat to work. I'm sure it was something I wasn't doing right. Otherwise, the unit was exactly as described and I would definitely stay again.

This was such a great place to stay for the weekend while my friend and I were in town for an event. Location is great bc it's so close to Walmart, CFA, etc. Place was clean, smelled nice, bathroom was stocked with products (we brought our own but still nice to have), extra blankets which were definitely appreciated. The host was responsive when I messaged, was proactive with sending rental info, AND had a "menu" for rental rules, wifi codes and all the things. Great choice for our quick turnaround trip and we would totally stay here again. Thanks James!

Beach Vacation

This was the best cozy little stay that my husband and I have stayed in! It was easy to get to and in the best spot around everything! It was the best and amazing! Would highly recommend it to anyone and we will be back!

Cozy she shed

When we first pulled into the driveway, I was unsure if I had made the right decision by going with this rental. From the outside, it looked like an oversized she-shed. But when you walked in the front door, it turned out to be such a cozy little apartment. Large Queen bed, but mattress slides to one side a bit. No dresser, but a shelf, table and closet for your clothes and personal items. Bathroom wasn’t large but big enough for one person. Stand up shower Plenty of hot water. Living room / kitchenette had a nice size tv. Couch was a little stiff. Cozy table for 2. Kitchenette had a nice size refrigerator, microwave. Decent counter room. It had a single burner, a plug in skillet with lid. So you microwave your vegetables, use the burner with pot to make your rice or stovetop stuffing and cook a chicken stir fry or something in the plug in skillet. Easy enough. Loved the Keurig for my coffee. 10 minutes from Folly beach, 15 minutes from downtown Charleston. Grocery store a block away. The host provided beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler. Plus huge beach towels. They also provided a few tea bags, coffee pods, sugar and cream, as well as snacks. A great feature was the sloped walkway to enter for those who may have trouble walking. The initial opinion of the size quickly faded once inside. We found it cozy, charming and more than enough for a vacationing couple.

A sweet little spot close to downtown

We loved this property! It was in a great area and close to downtown just as advertised. Close to everything really. We’d definitely stay here again in the future.
