This waterfront sanctuary boasts 450 feet of private lake, offering uninterrupted panoramic views of the glistening waters and very few stairs. Enjoy direct access to the lake from your very own private dock, perfect for swimming, fishing, or mooring your boat to explore the tranquil waters at your leisure. We supply kayaks and a stand-up-paddle board!
With 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a generously sized sleeping loft, this expansive 3300 sqft home provides ample space for relaxation and entertainment. Step into your backyard oasis, where lush greenery and mature trees create a serene park-like setting, perfect for outdoor gatherings, barbecues, cornhole, volleyball or simply unwinding amidst nature's beauty. Beautiful property

This home was clean and right on the lake. It was very well stocked with kitchen dishes and pots and pans. We would stay here again. The beds were very comfortable also.

Best lot on the lake! Lots of room for kids to play. Great new dock. The house is beautiful and cozy…and well equipped. This is our second year at this property and we will be back for many years to come. Kids loved the swing and the kayaks.

Great stay to relax and close the nature.

We were surprised how beautiful the location is. Fishing was quite tough, but we caught a few small- and largemouth and one catfish with a spinnerbait. The weather was perfekt and the water was warm enough to swim. The house was very good equipped, we had everything we needed. The owner responded very quick to our questions. We can recommend the accommodation.

Great Lake House!

This was our first visit to Norris and we had an amazing time. This house is newly updated and was so functional and clean! Kitchen had everything we could possibly need or want. Sleeping arrangements were great, more than enough room for everyone to have personal space. The boat dock was so convenient, we used the neighborhood ramp to launch and pulled out at Brogans TVA ramp, which was on our way home. We loved this part of the lake, it seemed quieter and so great for tubing and swimming. We would love to return!

We love this area of Norris Lake due to the less busy waters which makes it safer to boat, swim and enjoy the lake. The neighborhood is small and calm but close to many marinas: Beach Island/Bubba Brews, Hickory Strar, Lakeview and Cedar Grove.

A few characteristics make our property unique:
1- the gentle sloped lot translates into an easy and pleasant walk to the dock with very few stairs. We often see other properties with dozens of stairs to the water which can be challenging to some or when carrying items to the boat
2- 450ft of lake frontage grants privacy and breathtaking views of the lake and mountains
3- the spacious park-like seeting backyard with mature trees is really calming, relaxing and allows for fun activities such as cornhole, volleyball, frisbie and more
4- the proximity to the neighjborhood boat ramp allows to put a boat in the water and park it on the dock in minutes
5- the oversized deck overlooking the lake is ideal for meals, cocktails, sunbathing or just a cup of coffee
