Downtown Spearfish Loft East

This apartment is a newly renovated space in a historic building in the heart of Downtown Spearfish! Experience downtown living at its finest! This apartment is within walking distance of all the local hotspots: fine dining, local retailers, Spearfish Brewing, the local bars, and beautiful Spearfish Creek and the City Park! Many local businesses have partnered with us to bring discounts and freebies when you stay with us!

This building is over 100 years old! We renovated everything except the hardwood floors. They were so beautiful, we couldn’t cover them up!

Available by text, message, and phone if you need anything.

Every Friday Night in June, July, and August, there is a street festival on Main Street that includes food vendors, a beer garden, and live music that runs from 4pm-9pm. This event is a community favorite and we are SURE that you`ll enjoy it if you have time to take it in!

Lovely apartment in an unbeatable location! We loved being just steps from charming shops and great restaurants, and the close proximity to campus was incredibly convenient. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to feel at home, and the tall ceilings and large windows made the space feel bright and airy. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

The loft was spotless and even larger than we anticipated. My family of 4 had plenty of space to move around. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Walking distance to coffee shops, shopping, and a grocery store. I thought overnight parking in the public lot would be a pain, but it was literally a 1 minute walk. Great property, would stay again!

Overall good!! Pay attention to the street rules for parking, but a lot of great restaurants and stores are in walking distance! We stayed only one night, but everything was comfortable!!

We had a great stay in this downtown Spearfish apartment. The location was perfect—right on Main Street with a nice view and the Friday farmers market just steps from our door. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

This is a great location in downtown Spearfish close to shops, bars, and restaurants. Parking was easy. Great spot to relax for a night on our way through town

Very pleasant stay. Clean, modern, nicely renovated. Was told not to park overnight on street because of possible ticketing. Signs indicated it was ok to park overnight except on Friday night. Went to police dept. and they confirmed it was ok to park overnight on street except for Friday. 2 hour parking during the day. Long stairway was only downside.

The Loft

This was a great location with a view of downtown. You get a cardio workout going up and down the stairs 😂. We would definitely recommend this place. It was close to several restaurants and shops. Contact with the host was always quick. Spearfish is a very cute town.

We loved the loft apartment, it was so charming and clean. Great communication with the host. I would just be aware it is on the Main Street and be prepared for the noise of traffic. Besides that we loved being able to walk to shops and restaurants!

Stayed at Spearfish Loft East for 4 nights. Very comfortable, nicely remodeled apartment. Great location near shopping and restaurants but gets quiet in the evening, so sleeping isn’t a problem in the comfortable bed. Parking is easy to find. Would certainly stay there again.
