The Trinity Garden Suite is a king suite inside a 1927 home in historic Trinity Park, the kind of street with high ceilings, old growth trees, and neighbors who've been here for decades.
Bedroom — The suite is wrapped in light from two directions: north over the shared backyard, south over your private garden, bordered by tall shrubs and fitted with interior shades for privacy. A sitting area gives you somewhere to land with a coffee before the day starts.
Office — A dedicated workspace lit by its own wall of windows, built for the guest with a lecture to finish or a deadline that doesn't care they're on the road.
Bathroom — A walk-in shower with both a rainfall and handheld head, the kind guests still mention in reviews years later.
Kitchen — A full kitchen with dishwasher included, stocked with a Cuisinart 2-in-1 coffee maker — 12-cup drip or single-serve with a reusable filter, so however you take your coffee, it's covered.
Garden — Step directly out your private entrance into your own garden, furnished for sitting outside with a coffee or a glass of wine. Outdoor heater included.
You walk in and exhale. The local coffee is in the kitchen. The bed is made right. There is a handwritten note to welcome you. That is how Delighted Properties works.
