Gorgeous ocean breeze but no air conditioning. Lush landscape with Koi ponds, waterfalls and streams. Large pool and spa for your use that are heated year round. Putting green, direct beach access and a few minute walk to the beach, pier or harbor. Walk to restaurants, bars and harbor. Unit has beach chairs, boogie boards linens and beach towels. Attractions nearby include: Legoland, Flower Farms in Carlsbad, Wild Animal Park, San Diego Zoo, Sea World and Knotts Berry Farm and Disneyland. Over 50 wineries and great Old Town area in nearby Temecula. Great central location! Come to explore Southern California, or relax at the beach. Very walkable city.

We loved the location of this condo. The room was spacious enough for my family's needs. We appreciated the wagon to haul the beach gear to and from the beach. We brought our own tower fan since there is no a/c and I like to sleep cold. We were comfortable both day and night.

This is a great place to stay with a view of the sea and sunset watching. David was very helpful when the hot water went out in the building and directed us to the showers in the gym. Would definitely stay here again.
