Oceanside Beach Condo (belle vue sur l'océan)

Grand condo sur la propriété de la plage avec vue sur l'océan! TRÈS PROPRE! Intérieur rénové avec planchers de bois franc, granit et électroménagers en acier inoxydable. Le condo est trÚs adapté aux enfants et aux adultes. Marchez directement sur la plage et à quelques minutes de la jetée, du port, des cinémas et des restaurants. Wifi inclus et fonctionne dans tout le complexe et sur la plage à proximité du complexe.

Oceanside est idéalement situé si prÚs de San Diego et du comté d'Orange. Nous sommes à une courte distance en voiture de Legoland. Un peu plus loin (30-45 minutes) à Disneyland ou au zoo de San Diego.

La gare à distance de marche pour des itinéraires directs vers le centre-ville de San Diego ou Anaheim.

Le parc Safari est un merveilleux changement par rapport à un zoo traditionnel (également détenu par S. D. Zoo - mais situé dans le nord de S. D. Comté (environ 30 minutes en voiture).

Que vous recherchiez un endroit pour vous détendre et profiter du beau temps ou que vous soyez actif, cet appareil serait parfait pour vous! La plage est un endroit idéal pour se détendre, rien de tel que le bruit des vagues qui se brisent sur le rivage pour atténuer le stress (nous fournissons les chaises et le parasol pour vous) - ou tout simplement s'asseoir sur le balcon! Vous pouvez également profiter d'une belle promenade sur la plage jusqu'à l'embarcadÚre ou le port (1/3 mile).

La plage est toujours merveilleuse, mais si vous voulez plus d'action, rendez-vous au port à 0,5 kilomÚtre (0,5 km) pour louer des bateaux, des jet-skis / des vagues, des kayaks, des pagaies, des pédalos et plus encore! Ou marchez jusqu'à la jetée (1/3 mile) pour louer des vélos ou des planches de surf (nous fournissons des planches de boogie). Vous ne savez pas surfer? Aucun problÚme! Vous pouvez prendre des leçons à la jetée!

San Diego est connue pour ses microbrasseries et Oceanside en a quelques unes! Il y a aussi de grandes dégustations de vins à Temecula et San Diego.

Le port propose des excursions d'observation des baleines (saisonniĂšres) et des excursions de pĂȘche en haute mer. Si vous aimez la pĂȘche, vous pouvez Ă©galement pĂȘcher au large de la jetĂ©e.

Dans la région, vous trouverez également de superbes terrains de golf, des dégustations de vin et de biÚre (nous avons de nombreuses brasseries locales) à S. D. et Oceanside!

Nous considérerons les locations de moins de 7 jours pour les locations de derniÚre minute uniquement! Nous réservons généralement chaque semaine avec le samedi comme date de basculement.

We have stayed in a number of different condos at North Coast Village as we go several times a year. While every unit is different and has its own set of pros and cons, this one did not match up with the average we have experienced over the last 10 years or so.Pros: hosts are friendly and even called to walk us through how to use the TVs, which did apparently have an issue with the cable and they resolved the same night. Beach equipment was a nice quality. For our family of 4, it was really nice to have 2 actual beds in the bedroom rather than the second bed being a pull out couch. The photos of the ocean view are truly representative of the actual view. Cons: the CRT style TV from the 1990’s was a big issue for us because it doesn’t connect to any streaming services. Our kids ended up watching tv all weekend in the bedroom. The dishwasher was a HUGE issue - the lower rack is missing a wheel which causes it to weigh down on the propeller so doesn’t clean very well. Several areas of the rack are rusted right through. And it’s so loud we could only run it while we were out of the condo. We were left with 3 dish washer tablets (we were there for 5 days), no dish soap and a used sponge (gross). The posting is advertised as “renovated” which I suppose it was at one point but not anytime recently. The deadbolt on the door doesn’t feel very secure. Super thin pillows.This unit would be very nice if these few things were resolved.

Awesome location

The location was fantastic and the complex itself was very cool. Overall, the property met our needs. That said, the apartment itself was disappointing. It wasn’t clean when we arrived: the bedding was stained, there were dirty dishes in the cupboards, and the towels hadn’t been properly washed. The apartment also felt outdated, stuck in the early 2000s with an old TV and sound system, which had some nostalgic charm but isn’t ideal for a modern stay.One positive touch was the beach equipment provided in the closet. It was thoughtful and very convenient. However, the front door didn’t latch properly unless the deadbolt was used, which didn’t feel very secure.Overall, while the complex was great and the hosts seemed like kind people, I wouldn’t choose to stay in this unit again.

Great condo, wonderful pool and hot tub. This condo has everything you need for a beach vacation. Chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, towels, boogie boards and ice chest with wheels! We absolutely loved the super-cool path to the beach. Our kids enjoyed feeding the koi fish. Laundry facilities, ping pong foosball, pool table, gym and more!! Would recommend this property for families who like to hang out together!! We have no complaints and will be back next year.

Property was clean comfortable, but felt a little bit run-down (missing trim, cabinets in a bit of disrepair, beach umbrella broke on first use, towel holder loose/fell off, front door did not latch--had to use deadbolt, etc). Needs updating and a better cleaner

We got to the place after a long day of travel and the unit smelled really musky and moldy. We walked around and found moldy pillows in a wicker trunk and on the fans, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and sand on one of the beds. Tried calling the owners and no reply, spent three hours on the phone with VBRO and they finally put us up in a hotel for three nights, which cost us an extra $350.00 for parking. The place really needs to be updated with better furnishings and blackout curtains. Should also get better fans. After all that the owners were responsive.

Beach Condo

Needed to bring own bath soap and dish soap unfortunately. Should remove other people's used shampoos and toiletries and other items from the premises before new guests arrive and possibly supply some cute little NEW shampoos and soaps. Coffee pot was unusable, needed to be cleaned. Otherwise lovely location, beds are very comfortable, beautiful pool and grounds. Enjoyed the stay.

Nice place, great owners

The check in was not smooth and theCondo was not ready. Several factors caused this. The owners were on it! The HOA and security were the best. Several times others parked in our spot. The security found them and had them move. Not sure how they did that so quickly, but impressed. The condo was perfect for us. Very pleased.

Beautiful Grounds and Great Location

The grounds and location were great, loved the pool, spa, and gym. The unit itself is rather dated. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. The last tenant didn't run the dishwasher and housecleaning didn't do it either - couldn't figure out what the smell was for a few days. I'm giving our stay 4 stars based on the overall experience however the unit itself would be 3 stars - needs to be updated.

Great location. Not luxurious by any means.

Affordable place at a great location. Parking was easy and close. The grounds and view was beautiful. The kids loved the pool. The condo itself was rather dated. The pullout bed was partially damaged so we bought a blowup air mattress, the owner was not aware and said he would fix it but still out the money for the air mattress. Was hoping owners would pay for it so we didn’t need to find space in our luggage. The ants were insane but I think it’s everywhere down there the complex said the spray every Friday. Overall it was affordable and a place to sleep while we enjoyed our family vacation.

Disappointing

I've stayed in North Coast Village several times and this was the first time I've been disappointed with my rental. Wireless info provided was incorrect and it required many calls and a visit from the service provider to get it straightened out. Furnishings were functional but could have used some attention -- towel rack was broken, screens were torn, drawers and shelves were cluttered with partially used items. Unit was missing some things I'd expect -- trash bags, soap for the shower, dishwasher detergent. All in all, adequate...but nothing that said, "Welcome to your vacation. Relax and enjoy...."

We recently purchased this as a vacation home and we love it so much we decided to share it with others as a rental when we aren't using it.

We looked at many units in the complex prior to purchasing and felt that this unit stood out for its location, cleanliness and upgrades. It is highly upgraded and modern inside. It is perfectly located on the south side of the complex which is warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer! Also, the unit is one of the quieter units to ensure a better nights rest!

We hope you are as impressed by the details as we are. Because this is our home we are very selective about the quality and quantity of renters.

The complex is very clean, well maintained and conveniently located to everything. The amenities are unparalleled in the area. The pools, spa, BBQ area, community rooms (including pool tables, foosball, and ping pong), gym and common areas are impeccable. They have wonderful room that can be reserved for special events like weddings, birthday parties or family reunions.

This unit is located close to the beach with a lovely view from the balcony and bedroom. The pool and other amenities a short jog, but not so close that noise would be an issue.
