Welcome to this beautifully renovated pool villa in a fantastic neighborhood in Cape Coral. A short walk or bike ride will take you to Cape Harbour.

This villa has recently been newly and comfortably furnished and can accommodate up to eight people. The high ceilings create a cozy atmosphere to make you feel at right home.

Enjoy relaxed cooking evenings in the fully equipped kitchen with professional appliances. The large kitchen island with sink and granite countertops gives you even more space to cook.

Directly from the living and dining areas, sliding doors open to the lanai where you can relax in the sitting area and on the pool loungers. Cooling off is provided by the beautiful salt water pool. This pool is electrically heated and is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle to the skin. In principle, it is a freshwater pool without chlorine - no more irritated eyes.

Enjoy sweeping views of the wide Eternity Canal - it's just a short boat ride to Cape Harbour from here. There is a boat lift on request and a tiki hut available for you.

The master bedroom is spacious and has access to the lanai through French doors and windows overlooking the canal. The three other bedrooms share two bathrooms.

In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boat dock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. If you're lucky, you will be accompanied by some dolphins! After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.
