The Space:
Welcome to this incredible oceanfront condo! The unit is in Raintree Villas, which is located in a very popular section of North Myrtle Beach. The unit boasts several upgrades + the Oceanview is unparalleled; so bring the family to enjoy this beautiful view!

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in.

Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You are able to bring up to 2 vehicles, you will have 2 parking passes for your stay. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: **Stairs required** This unit is on the 1st level so only approximately 10 stairs are required.

Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Filter coffee machine.

Family room: Large family room area with oceanfront views. Cable TV.

Bedroom 1: Large bedroom with queen bed. Balcony access!

Bathroom 1: Stand up shower attached to bedroom 1.

Bedroom 2: Comfortable queen bed with attached bathroom.

Bathroom 2: Tub/Shower combo attached to bedroom 2.

Balcony: Beautiful unobstructed oceanfront view. Incredible view for sunrises!

Pool: Complex pool is a shared outdoor saltwater pool! **Closed for winter starting October 15th**

Beach: Direct beach access from the complex! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. We provide beach chairs in the condo for you to use.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.

A/C: Central HVAC system with easy to use control panel.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire unit for themselves along with the shared complex pool.

The Neighborhood:
The complex is located in a quiet and less busy part of North Myrtle Beach, which makes for a perfect, peaceful family vacation.

🐟 Cherry Grove Pier is about 0.9 miles
🏦 Coastal North Town Center is about 3.5 miles

Getting Around:
Guests will have parking passes and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.

Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.

Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Routine Pest Control happens on the fourth Friday of every month. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Guests are required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.

2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.

Interaction with Guests:
We give our guests space to enjoy their vacation but are available through the app if they need us!
