Welcome to Ventura Loft 36, a cozy ground-floor beach loft in the charming Pierpont neighborhood—just half a block from the ocean. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small families, this thoughtfully designed retreat offers rare A/C, a full kitchen, Smart TVs, and a dedicated garage parking space. Walk to the beach, local shops, and restaurants, then come home to a quiet, comfortable space made for easy coastal living.

Guest Access
Guests enjoy private, exclusive access to the entire ground-floor loft. The entrance is private, and the unit is located on the ground floor for easy access.
Check-in is seamless with keyless self-entry.

**Booking process
After booking, you will receive a message asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our standard rental agreement.
Once signed, you will be emailed access to your Guest Portal, where all important information lives, including check-in details, WiFi, and local recommendations.
Your entry code will be released 48 hours before check-in inside the Guest Portal.
Early check-in may be requested through the Guest Portal when available.
A $15 per dog, per stay pet fee applies and can be paid through the Guest Portal or HostCo Store.
