Aqua Cove is a newly-constructed canal front home, tucked away on the northern end of Anna Maria Island, located just a short walk or bike ride to the Gulf beaches!

The backyard of Aqua Cove is likely where you’ll spend most of your time. There is a covered patio area with outdoor seating and a flat-screen TV, a ping pong table, and, just around the corner, large outdoor dining set with room for six. Additionally, this home features a beautiful private pool and spa with in-water seating. It is surrounded by a deck area with lounge chairs and access to and views of the canal and private boat dock. To tie a big bow around this rental and all its private amenities, Aqua Cove is also a few minutes' walk to white-sand beaches, a city park, and popular Pine Avenue with local shops and restaurants. The house and location were beautiful. We had good communication with the property managers who were quick to respond with questions. I would give 5 stars but there were a few things that hold me back. The pool had a full filter replacement which we did not know about that took half a day with patio dig up and there was sharp plastic debris in the pool which one of our party cut his foot on. There was also a bit of grout in the pool after the work was done that we cleaned up as much as we could. Other small issues popped up but were quickly addressed by the management company. I would definitely rent this house again and we really appreciated our time there

Great house in a great neighborhood, pool was too cold to use in april
The house is spacious and beautiful. Great location. Close to beach and the main part of AMI. Nice size rooms and bathrooms. Comfy living room and nice outdoor porch upstairs. The pool was too cold to use in April. We did not swim once and had really wanted to as the outdoor area is beautiful. Was disappointed that management did not fix the issue when I asked.

My group had a great time. The pool was amazing, and the rest of the amenities were great as well. The location was perfect! Thanks! We will definitely be coming back!
