Let me start by saying this was a nice place to stay. When we first arrived we notice wright away the place was dated , and then we saw tthe bars on the door

Nice little stay

It was very clean upon arrival. The complex it self was a bit outdated and could use some maintenance but the condominium was nice. Overall we were satisfied with the visit.

Only wish that the 5 star service that we at MyGalvestonGetaway provided and the condo you rented were mentioned - but because of the exterior of the complex needing some maintenance and updating over which we have no control - we received 4 stars instead of 5. Glad you enjoyed what we were able to do to make the stay wonderful.

Galveston stay

The property is dirwctly across the toad from the beach. Its gated which is nice for privacy. The condo was just what we expected. The pools were both clean and both hot tubs worked well.

Conveniently located

The condo is conveniently located on the seawall. The description was accurate and offered everything we needed for the weekend. It was myself, my daughter and 3 of her friends dor her birthday weekend. They had a great time. No complaints.

Turtle cove Condo

We were highly satisfied!! I don’t think I am ever staying in a hotel room again! Turtle cove at the Victorian was very roomy and comfortable! I will definitely be back and renting this condo!

Fun vacation

Only thing I could complain about was the elevator by our rental not working. Other than that I enjoyed our stay and the condo was nice and clean.

My first time there, the apartment was great, equipped with all that I needed, a TV with several options to watch, easy access to get into the complex, to park, just the unit's door needed some fresh paint. Friendly staff

It wasn't all bad

Directly across the street from the beach and walking distance to Walmart etc.was nice, the unit could be cleaner, my main suggestion would be child locks at least on cabinets/ drawers that contain roach poison or sharp knives,and the bathroom could use a good cleaning. And let people know the elevator is broke would have been nice to know staying on the top floor. We used the hot spot on our phones to let the little watch cartoons as the wifi was in and out constantly

Very accommodating

The room itself was just as pictured. There were 6 of us, it was a tight fit but worked well for us. The elevator to the building could use some maintenance but it got the job done! The staff were amazing!! They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Security was top notch. The gentleman that was on duty the entire time we were there was very nice and made the job look easy. The only recommendation I would have is that tint on the patio doors would help not only to keep the heat/a-c easier to maintain but it would also help with privacy. Overall, very nice stay with beach access less than block away.
